"Well, there's only one way to find that out, right?" Yasu said. He turned to Aizu with a kind smile.
"What were you guys talking about...Aizu, right?"

Aizu nodded to him. "Yes, sir, Captain Kyuushuu. My name is Aizu." He said lightheartedly. "While in the real world, I encountered an arrancar, he called himself Reznik. He came up behind me before I could sense him, and he asked me if I would like to spar. Being that I was in the real world chasing after the one vizard who had escape, which Captain Tsurugi had beat to the point, I thought one spar wouldn't hurt. We did spar, and I did talk with him, despite all reason he was...well, friendly. He even complimented me on my fighting style." Aizu said with all honesty.

((Had to cut it short some, gotta go to school))

Weijui's eyes darted to the spot where Tsurugi was and then they narrowed. A vizard wasn't exactly a problem and they haven't been a problem. That little incident could go under the radar for all he cared. "Yes, but it seemed you broke protocol. You were suppose to either take him out or run and call for assistance to take him out." Weijui sighed and then glanced down. "I've seen friendship used as a tool to backstab before and I, for one, will not tolerate such behavior."

Weijui made sure to scan his gaze across the room making eye contact with each captain before going on. "I vote that we take Aizu's behavior up front and assign a verdict." Weijui brought his hand up and scratch his head, thinking of a punishment. "Well we all know the death sentence would be too much for something like this...and even stripping him of his rank is too much." Bringing a finger to his chin Weijui thought of a proper punishment, "He cannot use his bankai for the period of a year, which to me seems appropriate."

Weijui looked around the room daring one of the other captains to think otherwise of his sentence. There were a lot worse things that he could've done, but this one was light. A year to a shinigami was as if a blink of an eye.

Weijui's eye's narrowed at Aizu, "Of course I know you can use bankai Aizu. I am the president of the research institute you don't think a fluxuation of soul pressure of that caliber would escape my notice. Or for a matter of fact any of the captains notice?" He looked around at the other captains to make his point clear.

"Now Aizu please do not speak up unless spoken to again." Weijui was getting tired of this and he had some...tasks, to finish up. "Now can we please vote on this verdict. Even though Aizu already said he was fine with it."

Rapheal removed his glasses and whipped the lenses with the cuff of his sleeve. He looked throught them, whipped the left lense once more and set the glasses back onto his face. "The only way too really settle this would be too actually fight" Rapheal said and shrugged.

Kogi ran his fingers through his hair again and looked at Aizu for a moment. "Vice captain Aizu has always shown loalaty and respect too those both of higher rank and lower, He respects the rules we have in place and has followed them. Death is far too high a punishiment, as would be stripping his Zanpaktou or rank, I agree with Captain Weijui's proposal of limiting him too Shiki for the term of one year and If I may ask" He looked over at Weijui. "Do you have some sort of method too prevent him from doing this, we cannot keep him under watch all the time".

"I don't beleive we ever found out what happened to your Lieutenuant...but I'm getting off topic arn't I?" He waved his hand as if too dismiss the thought." A transfer would have too be finalized by Aizu's Captain, as well a replacement found...I think I have someone in mind to fill in but, like I said the Captain of Squad Seven has too finalize it first, but it does sound like a resonable plan" Kogi said.

Rapheal shrugged. "Suits me fine" He said. He walked over and leaned against the wall. "...You know...why do things have too get so violent sometimes? A agreement is much fairer and has much less bloodshed then a war or fight...must just be instinct too fight" Rapheal said and shrugged and tilted his head against the wall and closed his eyes.
