"...You can't tell me they were using telepathy on me while I was asleep. How would they even know I was in distress? As far as I'm concerned, there wasn't a single heron within this mansion or nearby..."
And then he went silent. He stared at Valter, at Fiora, at Alihi. He was just silent.

Fiora's head was now pounding, where this had come form she had no idea "I think i'm going to need to sit dow --" Suddenly Fiora fell over onto Snow. Completely passed out.

"Fiora!! Are you--" Alihi rested a hand on her forehead. "Ungh... W-what--" She collapsed, passed out before her sentence could finish.

Upstairs, in the library, Rhys was busy studying up on light magic. The door to the library was closed, and the windows all shut; Rhys had also lit the fireplace and stuffed the crack at the bottom of the door with a rug to keep the room warm. He was unable to hear any galdr for this reason; the room was simply shut off from all sound.
I've been putting this stuff off for far too long, if I'm so poor in my fighting skills that I'm left behind while almost everyone else is giving their all out there. Maybe they have enough people out there, but even so, I need to catch up to their level, and FAST.

Outside the window, Rhys was very likely surprised to see a large blue bag descending from the sky. It was like if the world was flooding, but upside-down. Oh god no, upside-down flood! The sea is falling! Women and cowards first! D:
But the blue was followed by claws and white scales, and there was quite a commotion downstairs as Siegell set down the tent full of food on the ground outside. "Hey! Guys, come on, get this inside, I have to go back and help Amelia and the others!" Shastah released the harness and rose a bit, floating back, and then the two of them shot into the sky, back toward Castle Town.
