Chloe was caught off guard by the kiss. she stared at him for a moment and then her eyes closed and she kissed him back. his lips felt cold, and Chloe wondered that she didn't burn him. she felt her face heat up, the blood rushing to her cheeks.

*My first kiss....* Chloe thought. then it really hit her. *Oh my gosh! I'm actually having my first kiss! with a vampire!* the thought blew her mind but she continued to kiss him. her heart beat faster and she wished that it would slow down.

Chloe broke away. she felt incredibly embaressed. *Crap, he noticed! he could probably hearit- he is a vampire after all. "It- it was my first kiss...." she muttered. Chloe couldn't help but wonder how many girls he had had so far in his life.

Chloe felt reassured by that. she wasn't sure what she had been expecting but she knew that his kiss hadn't disappointed her. she too in a few deep breaths to calm her heart. *What's taking Sam and Erin so long?* she wondered. she felt a little awkward.

Chloe could hear her own blood pulsing through her ears. *Its almost deafening.* she thought. she thought about his words and they brought a blush to her cheeks. *I'm loved?* she could hardly believe it but she couldn't deny it. "I- I love you too." Chloe stumbled over the words. This was all so new to her. she felt as though Soma had opened up the wardrobe and was showing her around Narnia.
