((That may be true, but Kate doesn't drive a military model. That thing has a mounted machine gun! Plus, being open, anybody can hop in and just SHOOT.

Zero stumbled back as the stun round took effect, though the engine was already broken.
(he doesnt have super-strength, and i know a guy who has an open topped Humvee, though it's customized)

Kate was instantly out of the Humvee, and a second later a tire iron was swung in her hands straight into Zero's face, baseball-style.
"NOBODY TOUCHES MY CAR!" She screamed like bloody murder.

Sayuri watched with wide eyes. She held her breath. She pulled out of the vehicle with Travis again, wishing he'd just wake up already. She pulled with her now sore muscles, she was only able to pull him onto the pavement away from the car.

Kate was immediately at her engine, tears streaming down her face, tire iron forgotten on the ground. She was tinkering with the engine trying desperately to fix it when-
Sheo was back. With an angry sigh, she stepped back and surveyed the scene. The Humvee. Broken, and here was... Zero. How nice.
"Aur-whatever," Sheo said, turning to face him. "Can you fix my car?"

Sayuri's body collapsed. "Dammit!" Knowing they only had a short time before Alpha showed up. "I'm all used up."

"Wait! He's knocked out! I can reprogram him! I may not have the codes, but I can work around that!"
Aurelio hopped out of the Humvee, and turned Zero over, finding an access port.
"I need to reroute his command center, so he's not taking orders from-- Ow!"
Aurelio experienced a small shock.
"The codes are necessary, it seems."
Turning to Sheo, he responded, "Stand back."
He put his hands on the engine, and it started purring.
"I also made it more fuel efficient."

Alpha was still heading towards the group.
(i have no idea sweatdrop im just posting random... Alpha is my villian, while Zero and Travis are my actual heroes... well, Zero will be a hero once Travis gets a chance to reprogram him)
(And please edit, Harujiro. you DO need the codes to reprogram him)

Sheo blinked. "Well, that'll please Kate. Now, if you'll all hop in, I have an impenetrable underwater submarine-lair in which we can all cozily relax and play checkers."
Whether this statement was true or falsehood, Sheo was ready to leave. She began to hop back into the Humvee, but paused and - as if in second thought - hoisted Sayuri's limp body into the open door.
"Barf and I'll kill you," Sheo threatened, before hopping into the driver's seat. She sat there and stared unblinkingly at Aurelio. "Well? Are you going to put Travis and Zero in or not?"

Sayuri kept an eye out of the back for Alpha. "Whatever we do we got to hurry." She took another vial from her pants pocket and downed in a gulp. It was going to take a while before it restored her back to normal.
