Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug - 9/10

Really liked Tariel and Legolas's roles in this sequel. Kinda bummed that the Smaug action was at the very end and right when, it got going, it was another cliffhanger. But it did set up the final movie quite nicely and should be action packed.

I've been watching some films, yo.

Frozen: 9/10
I thought it was going to be disappointing because of how everyone was raving about it. I also thought Olaf was going to be annoying as s**t, but I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Even if the writing itself was a bit lacking, and nowhere near as strong as the source material, I laughed a lot, enjoyed the songs, and overall just liked the movie.

The Fantastic Mr. Fox: 8.5/10
Even if Wes Anderson movies are all basically the same thing over and over again, some part of me can't help but to them. It's always the same cast, and there's always that weird quirky family thing going on, but somehow the combination of a typical Wes Anderson film and a classic children's book by Roald Dahl came together perfectly. The animation style was really cool looking (stop-motion), and it was really just a lot of fun to watch.

The Way, Way Back: 9/10
This is by the people who did Little Miss Sunshine, and I can tell (this is a good thing, really). At first, the main character annoyed the s**t out of me, but not far along I realized he was supposed to be a moody 14-year-old, so I cut him some slack(I remember being a moody 14-year-old, s**t wasn't great). Overall, the movie is a lot of fun, the actors are great, and they filmed the whole thing in such a way that the movie could really be taking place at any time, to any moody 14-year-old. It doesn't hurt that the soundtrack is also totally rad. This is definitely a coming-of-age tale that I would recommend to anyone.

Guys, in case you couldn't tell, I am drunk and I love everything.
