Cobolt layed down on his belly in front of Vane. She is nearby, he explained. I will lead you to her if you'd like.

Kiara looked at him sadly. "You will find my family is very well trained," she said. "Including me." She turned away and started to draw her sword.
Come little one, Cobolt told him. He rose to his feet and trotted off in Kiara's direction. Hurry along little puppy!

*Vane used his vampire speed to keep up with Cobolt with ease.He rarely let his vampire side out but this called for it*

Cobolt slid to a stop next to Kiara after seeing Rhomy's lifeless body on the ground. He howled in grief, his nose pointed to the sky. His howl turned into a growl as he turned his head to Rhomy's killer. He took a step forward only to be halted by Kiara.
"I will handle it," she told him.
