Rios heard the voice of Sin and turned to face him. He was smileing like a madman. "Really now, what a suitable name for one such as you. My name is Rios." He laughed again and put his arms to his side as he said some more words. "Spout Flame and Steel, KinRyuu and RikuRyuu." He swords disappeared and metal was swirling around Rios in a really fast pace. He started to drift off into a type of open sleep that he seemed as though he was still awake.
"Rios it's time for you to learn something new that will help you greatly with both your elements. Yes now listen closely. With your new expansion of power your able to draw metal from anything that contains a type of metal." "So like I can take the metal right out of dirt?" "Yes and you will also be able to use fire in a new way like creating it and making it into anything at will. You have a fighting style that will help you in useing the new fire abilities, remember the Dragon style. Well with it you'll have the most effective control. Now godbye!"
Rios snapped out of the momentary talk with his spirits and realised that he felt the metal around him in the ground, walls, and people around him. "Well now we can have some fun, Sin." He laughed once again and sped towards Sin wih a speed faster than before, around 160mph. When he got up to Sin the metal around his arms turned into a long katana at a length of 8ft long. He slashed in one fluid motion with the creation of the blade hopeing to strike true.

-= Revlis's ears cocked back as Evil grabbed his hand and swung him around. Hurling him up with rather great speed a force up at the Arrancar above. The moment Revlis's hand had left Evil's hand it tucked behind his back, Grasping the hilt of his Zapakuto that was hidden under his tail. Closing in on the Arrancar's possition and with Axel serving as a distraction, Revlis thrustered out his right arm. Intent on Striking a blow to the Arrancar's skull with the Metal of his Dual Hound. The two cylinders within the Dual hound jutted out the back as it was ready to thruster out an extra two inches. =-

"A release? So soon..." Sin commented under his breath, shaking his head that his opponent was already resorting to a higher state to fight. Flicking his blade in an arc, Sin angled it up and away from him as the boy rushed him; yet again, in a simple, straightforward, head-on maneuver. It was disappointing, to say the least. Lifting his own weapon to parry, he put his weight into the strike which would hopefully also cause Rios' weapon to bounce back a little and catch him off guard. Moving in without a pause, Sin muttered, "Bala." The attack carried forward, a high speed one at that, at a devastatingly close range. Sin only hoped that the boy would last long enough for him to actually break a sweat.
((Simmer down with the speed thingy bud, I don't think Yoruichi or even Ichigo with Tensa Zangetsu top 160mph. Think about how fast that actually is, and then try to tell me that that's realistic, even for an ANIME. ;P ))

A large, purple Hell Butterfly floats on through a small portal that has the trademark signature of Kazi. The Butterfly is holding a scroll and drops it into the hands of Koumei Jan. The scroll reads as follows;
Hello friend, it's Kazi... I recently decided that I was too old... Older even then Daven, and I realized that it is time for me to pass on. This scroll has a spell that will react to you pushing reiatsu into it in large quantities. Don't use it unless you or someone you care about is in a dangerous situation, and you need help, as you cannot do it yourself. I myself will find my way there, or someone will come in my place. Please, visit my resting place, and say farewell, for this may be the last time I will see you. Thank you and goodbye my friends.

Rios' sword divulged into liquid metal again and reformed into a sheild that made the Bala stop and disapate. He then jumped back and smiled as the 8ft long sword reapeared in his hand. "Hey this part is new for me, for I was kinda pushed into this state due to furthering of my abilities. Want to see?" As soon as he was done speaking he rose his left hand and parts of the ground came up and formed together making a big ball of liquid metal. Rios smiled and the metal next to him turned into hardened spikes that flew around Sin and sat there in the air. "Have fun." He clentched his hand and the metal spikes flew towards Sin in rapid succsesion.
((well in my mind I see shunpo and sonido as moving faster than light, because you become so fast that light doesn't have a chance to reflect off of you making you appear to have teleported. So in that deduction of my mind moving at speeds of 160mph is possible.)) (Just my thoughts)

((SHUNPO AND SONIDO IS NOT MOVING FASTER THEN LIGHT. IT IS MOVING FASTER THEN THE SHINIGAMI EYE CAN SEE, SHUNPO BEING ONLY FASTER THEN THE EYE CAN SEE, AND SONIDO BEING FASTER THEN THE MIND CAN COMPREHEND, THUS LEAVING AN AFTERIMAGE OF THE PERSON. SO SAYS EZRU.))

((Thanks, buddy. Sonido is faster than Shunpo, and even then it just punches the sound barrier... NOTHING is faster than light, or even remotely close to its speed.))
Jan looked up in surprise when the hell butterfly dropped the scroll into his lap. Startled by what it said, Jan immediately stood up to follow the hell butterfly out. Bah, I don't need to babysit these guys any longer anyway...

If you want to settle this please send me a pm about it and we can disscus it without people getting pissed at me, cause last time I got introuble even though it was a silly offense and by technical means that wouldn't be possible...))

((I'm not starting a fight. I am stating a simple fact about it... I cannot help that. Jan most likely would have done the same thing. And there is one thing that moves faster then light does....

Raising his free hand, Sin merely launched a bala that repelled the spikes coming at him from the front. Disappearing through the gap he had created, he reappeared in a lunging position to the back and side of Rios with blade raised up across his body. As he moved out of the boy's line of sight he swung the blade down viciously, making no sound as it came close to connecting to the boy's left shoulder from behind.

Rios lunged forward and rolled on the ground. He stood up as fast as he dodged Sin's attack, and felt a cut open up on his back. "Nice you made a cut." The metal that was suppose to impale Sin with, Rios summoned and it came to rest around him in the air. "So lets try again." His sword melted away and became apart of the other metal around him. Rios ran at Sin but as soon as he got within 5ft he jumped up and slammed the ground sending a wide wall of fire fly towards Sin.

((What squad/seat are you? If you're anything higher than 3rd seat then I won't rp the way I am but if you're not then this rank difference means that you could go this entire battle without landing a hit...))
His expression darkening, Sin looked on with contempt as his opponent sent a pitiful wave of flames in his direction. Raising a limp hand, he let it face palm out and muttered, "cero." A glowing ball of energy began to churn up and light in his hand, then released in a flare that overpowered the attack heading toward him and even began to head back at Rios, even if the move was weakened from dissipation. "...Is that all?" He inquired, though it was more out of boredom than contempt or mocking.

((Well Aramatsu I was 4th seat able to be 3rd... but Onalim wasn't on that much so I never got the chance to move to 3rd seat in 4thsquad. Right now I'm unseated until the 1st because that's when Evil's squad's seat thingy is done and I will be granted a seat. So I'm 4th seat-3rd seat level.))
Rios saw and heard the blast coming and the metal behind him came infront of him and made a bevel, like on the front of a train were it slants off to the side in a v-shape. The blast was weakend and split in half. He stood up and the metal was swirling around him. "Not even close." He took up a small smile and threw six punches that had shot purple fire from his fist. He then jumped into the air and came down sending a 5ft wall of purple flame at sin. When Rios stood up he sent some of the metal at Sin inside of the flame.
