The firefly, finally having enough of Damian's batting, flew away.
Damian watched as the light disappeared into the night and sighed.
He walked back inside the building, holding the cup of warm milk in his hand.
"Maybe it'd be best to just eat in the cafeteria like a regular person." He said to himself as he walked back over to the cafeteria.
He glanced around the room before spotting a girl sitting by herself.
He walked up to where she was sitting and smiled down at her.
"May I sit with you?" He asked, trying to be friendly.
If he was going to go here, he may as well make some friends.

A ghostly howl echoed from within the tree's, quickly followed by the sound of cracking and splintering wood. Moments later a tall tree fell, crunching as it smashed into another, apparently stronger tree. Another ear splitting howl soon followed as a creature, neither man nor beast, yet both sat atop the stronger tree, seeming to be directing its attention at the moon.
After awhile Xavier came to, having lost consciousness due to bashing his head on the floor. "This just isn't my day" He muttered to himself as he rose fully from the water. He rubbed his forehead slightly, just a scrap, nothing to worry about.

Katerina stirred in her sleep at hearing Xavier talk, she let out a soft moan as she awoke and when her eyes finally flitted open she noticed Xavier at the other end of the hot tub. She dunked down in the water, hoping it was covering her naked chest enough and swam over, "Everything okay X?"
Luna smiled, "Well we can't have you starving now can we?" She finished her steak in record time, "What's your favorite... color?" She had to think for a moment what question she wanted to ask.
Pandora woke up to the sound of a tree falling over. She looked out of her tower and saw the ripple effect over the tree tops and then the second howl. Standing up from her sitting position she fixed her dress and walked down stairs. She notice people were in the cafeteria so she walked outside to the fountain in the pathway to the school.
She rubbed her belly softly, she wasn't suppose to be this big but the doctor said that because she was so skinny, and still is in a sense, that it is completely normal for her to look like she is 5 months rather than 3.
She never believed the doctors, they were the same ones who said we can help your friends and your friend will never come out of the coma. Yeah right. 2 of them died and looky there she is out of her coma. Stupid doctors don't know what they are talking about. Her other hand was playing with the water, swirling it around and making shapes.

Celeste looked up and nodded slowly at the young man. "I don't mind." she waited until he sat and then spoke softly again. "Sitting alone isn't as glamorous as it looks." she gave a slight smile.

Cole chewed as he stared up at nothing in particular, pondering over her question.
"My favorite...color?" He repeated the question.
"Um.....well, it's hard to say. I like the darker shades of red...and black.....I guess dark colors. But mostly red and black." He said after thinking for a bit longer.
"What about you?" He asked before taking another bite of his sandwich. Damian smiled as he sat down.
"That's why I thought I'd sit with you. Besides, it's harder to talk to those who already know everyone else." He said before taking a small drink from the cup he held, licking a bit of mild off his lip before looking back over to the girl.
"My name's Damian by the way. Damian Aidan. I just started here today and I was hoping to get to know some of my fellow students."

Xavier turned bright red for a moment, Crap would this one girl be present for every little mishap and embarrassing moment he had!? He sighed slightly as a small trickle of blood, just large enough to be seen came down from his forehead "Yeah yeah I'm fine, just another in a series of injuries for me" He said, getting himself into a sitting position on the floor "If I live to be thirty I will be very surprised" At this rate anyways he put in as an after thought.

Luna thought about it for a while, "I think I'd have to say blood red is my favorite color. Yes definitely. Hows about your favorite food?" She ordered a chocolate shake and sipped on the thick icy cold milk that came flowing up the straw.
Kat stayed in the deeper part of the water, "You really should watch out X, mother nature has a way of rebelling." She thought about this a bit, "Actually that wouldn't really be mother nature's doings as it's a rock but thats besides the point." She knew she had talked way to much for Xavier but she was like that. She got as close as she could and looked at the blood on his head, "You'll live till your thirty all right."

"I have an idea, but it's not really a food. Nor is it something I usually go telling people." He added, glancing back at her momentarily before looking back over to the wall.

Luna raised an eyebrow, "What do you mean it's not what you go around telling people? You afraid they will poison all of them from around the world or something?" She sucked on her straw again, "Come one tell me." She gave him a soft smile to egg him on.

Cole shot Luna a fake glare, obviously not angry at her.
"No, it's just something that's usually generalized with girls. I don't have that many feminine traits that people know about and I'd like to keep it that way." He said taking another bite out of his sandwich.
"Or least I don't think I do...." He added as he chewed.

Luna got really inquizzative by then so she leaned in on the table, "Feminine traits? What is your favorite food seen as your worried about feminine traits!?" Her upper chest was on the table and she was basically half way across it staring him down. The smile didn't work so she was trying this way, "Come on hun. It can't be that bad. Mine is Cheese, Milky way, and steak at night."

Cole looked back over at Luna and leaned backwards a bit.
"You're just not gonna let this go, are you?" He asked, crossing his arms over his chest.
"Fine. I don't feel like continuing all night." He let out a slight sigh before staring at her with a completely straight face.
"I've always had a sort of taste for strawberries. The berries or just the flavor." He said, staring back at her.

Luna laughed, "You were worried about strawberries?!" She stopped laughing shortly after that, "Look babe, that isn't a strictly 'feminine' food. It's completely normal, besides I love strawberries. I'm sure steak is a masculine food but I don't let that bother me any." She signaled to the lunch ladies to bring her a huge bowl of strawberries, cream, and sugar.
It wasn't long till it was on the table in front of her and Lulu grabbed one, dipped it in the cream and then the sugar and sucked it all off with a moan, "Perfect." Then Luna actually bit the strawberry and ate it till it was nothing but the green top.

Xavier sighed slightly "Seventy-four blows to the head, two of which could have been fatal, a car accident, crashed a trike into a ditch, nearly obtained gang green on my left leg, problems with my appendix, fell down the ladder of a high dive, and various other things to numerous to mention...and today I bash my head yet again, as well as falling out of a tree. At this pace I'll be lucky to make it passed twenty five" Xavier said, lowering his head slightly, a thoughtful look in his eyes.
After a moments silence he stood up, speaking as he did "Ah well, I have yet to see a reason to keep living anyways, probably for the best" He rubbed his wet hand over the scrap to take care of the blood as he finished speaking.
A howl suddenly came from the door to the cafeteria, but unlike the beastly howls from earlier, this one was more human. Grinning broadly, a faint smear of blood on the left side of his mouth, Luke stood their wearing nothing but shredded pair of jeans that looks like ripped shorts by this point, a loose piece of torn fabric clung to his waste, most likely the remains of his shirt. "Wuuuuu! Haven't done that in awhile, what a rush!" He said, still grinning.
