He's not an angel he's a god, the only reason to make the connection is that the word is Greek and that's a stretch. Also the word usually just means angel now in the same way christ no longer refers to annointment 99 times out of 100. But it is a clue, it could just not mean what it would make sense to mean.

The thing about my clue is that it's quite ambigious as to whether it's pointing towards humans or cannibals.
If the Hermes interpretation is correct, then I'm going to say it points to humans. Purely because I have those Hermes items and I'm a human. Also to assume this interpretation is correct, you assume the clue is legit and as I got the clue, you have to also assume I'm human.
Of course, if it actually means a different thing, then it could point to humans or cannibals again.
I wonder about the pastor of the church interpretation myself.

I do not think it refers to avatars that look like angels because that's too obvious (unless it's a fake clue) but I find it highly unlikely that it refers to the Hermes items because I don't think the Greek word for messenger which has been bent to mean angel is the clue someone would come up with if they had Hermes-related items in mind.

Are you being intentionally dense, I know it's going to be hard to break that habit, or just protecting your fellow cannibals? Also, Sors has Herme's Moon too, doesn't she? A second link translating it as messenger: Messenger : "a messenger, envoy, one who is sent, an angel, a messenger from God " Of course, there's still a lot of merit to the thought that maybe the clue was indicating Mysterious Priest. I could see it going either way right now.
Not to be throwing suspicion at Kaliea, but she looks more like an angel than I do, so the clue could do with her.
Of course, this is assuming that VC's clue is legit.No no, I don't think you have anything to do with the angel part. I think someone mentioned awhile back that it also has to do with someone who delivers god's message (like a priest does). @Ythan, you say the the only way the Hermes connection works is because it's Greek. i don't see how that's a stretch at all. She could have very well given us the word in Latin, Chinese, Spanish, German or what have you... but she gives us Greek.

Anyone got any thoughts on Jetty's clue?
Working off the assumption that it's legit that is (which I still question).
Anyway looking at the last part "four legs got some eaten?", the striked out part to me seems to imply that Zedka and Zett both had 'four legs' of some description.

The angel interpretation is much more likely and Kaenko has had more suspicion levied against her in the past.
