I know enough that i made an a** out of my self, but i'm real good at the so i'm cool... I still retain the knowledge of what i said in another thread and i'm bound to repeat myself a s**t load of times.
I'm musically challenged, and i'm not striving to better myself :/ whaver.

Yeah... laying down frets would imply guitar building, as frets are the metal bars on the neck.

could you make the frets razor blades? requiring someone with immense skill to apply enough pressure to find a note and not cut the string or their fingers!

Nope. You could make the body and/or head stock into a weapon though.

most likely. But, you see, when I restring my guitar, I have to cut off the excess that sticks out of the tuners, and I use a razorblade to cut them and it takes little to no force at all to do it.
Besides, razorblade frets would be extremely dangerous.
