al Sircar For number 3...if you are referring to the movie, that's because he CAN"T sing. I mean, the guy has a nice voice and all, but he's nothing compared to Michael Crawford. He just doesn't have Phantom voice. Gerard Butler wasn't a professional singer. He just improvised for Webber and for whatever reason the guy chose him over an actually talented actor.

Original Lady pairings that they have him with. Honestly it drives me MAD, because although they may be well written they tend to mary sue the crap out of the character D:
@Hex_Girl- yes that does annoy me too. I want to see that film yet sadly have not been able to

Gerard Butler is one of my pet peeves... definately. That and the idea of a Sequel.

Gerard Butler is pretty much the reason I'm the only one I know in real life who hasn't seen the movie 300 yet.

Thorn Venatrix Gerard Butler is pretty much the reason I'm the only one I know in real life who hasn't seen the movie 300 yet. That man bothers me. His smirk and his accent make me want to punch him out. If he can learn how to act in ways that don't portray him as seductive he might actually turn out to be a good actor one day.

It's a label he stuck on himself, really, with the roles he has taken.

For one thing, I hate muscular guys. For another, I hate manly brutes. No. Just...no.
If I were to see that movie, it would be for the blood and violence. And I'd NOT pay to see it.

Hey, I like the bad boy Gerard he just sucked major toot in POTO. Yes i know the Crawford is in his sixties but that would have fit the profile much better than sir hunky-one-looker. That and Crawford's voice turns me to goo.
