Nyl Phairen She put her glove back on and shook her head. "No. I stopped testing you. It...wasn't worth it. I knew you'd pass anything I threw at you. ...What is it I've done that makes everyone think I'm always testing their reactions to things?" He hopped off the pole and walked back to the door. "I'm not sure. Want tea?" It was pretty clear he was unhappy.

She jumped down, too, hiding her flinch by looking down at the floor, which she wanted to do anyway. She'd screwed it up again. By speaking.
She followed him out silently.

The blonde haired boy yawned slightly as he entered the Ho Dojo, taking off his scarlet scarf delicatly, then putting it on the coat rack. His clothes were of a black variety (like my Avi ><). Naruto also pulled off his shirt so he could take off the chain mail that laid under it, knowing it would probably melt from the heat. Slipping the shirt back on, he took off his sandles and did several stretches before doing what he was about to do.
Naruto made his way over the coals as he took a deep breath from the hot air. He put his hands out infront of him, then clapped them together, bringing them back into his chest. "..." He took more deep breaths as he kept his clapped hands close, focusing chakra between them. Then brought the heat he absorbed through his feet, up to the concentraited chakra between the hands.
Feeling the heat being mixed with the chakra, a small glow began to eminate from his closed hands. Naruto thrusted his hands forward, palms outward, as a large jet of fire shot out into the air, but only for a few seconds before it disapeared. He kept his outstretched hands infront of his body.

"Now for rapid fire.." Naruto said to himself quietly as he brought chakra to the end of both forearms. Just enough so he could easily thrust the chakra out with the fire at the same time. He closed his hands into fists as he moved his elbow's past his back, his fists now upside down. Focusing on the heat beneath him, Naruto transferred the coal's power into his clenched hands. As if to concentraite the fire's power into one spot before releasing it.
He breathed slowly as he got ready to release the concentraited chakra and fire simultaneously. "Now!" Naruto quickly thrusted his right fist and arm as he released his clenched hand, into an open palm facing outwards. The chakra fueled the fire that was being stored in the hand, as if to resemble a flamethrower. He then quickly did the same for his left fist and arm, thrusting them outwards as a quick burst of fire shot out. Naruto did this repeatedly back and forth with his right and left, using the fire beneath him as a constant fuel supply.
After shooting off several blasts of fire rapidly, Naruto ceased with one final blow of fire. Bringing his arms to his side's once more. His breathing still at a constant rate.

Seph's form melted out of the shadows, leaning against a wall. He smiled at Naruto, nodding his head. "Very impressive." He said. Seph leaned forward, pushing himself off the wall and taking a few steps in Naruto's direction. "It's good to see you, Naruto. How have you been?"

He continued to face in the same direction as he was when he shot the fire - until he heard Sephiroth's voice, turning to see, "Thanks, and--good I guess. Mr. Sephiroth!" Naruto responded shyly as he rubbed the back of his head. "But it's just little fire, nothing that great." He said with a small sigh.

"Naruto," Seph said, taking a few steps towards him, "you've just performed a feat that little more than one-hundred of this planet's populace even know about. I'd say that's a bit more than a little fire." He smiled and moved to the coals. "And it was impressive. Especially considering my presence--or lack thereof."

"Really? Wow." Naruto continued rubbed the back of his head, having some self confidence in awhile. "I guess it was great! But, there is one technique that I couldn't figure out.." He had a quick flashback set in his mind - the time when he faced Finn, she had put up some kind of large firewall around herself. Even though Naruto had figured out how to shoot fire from his hands and feet on his own, he never understood how Finn did it.

((*Wonders what my rank is at the moment* >< )) "It was some kind of fire wall or something. Ya know, like, bigger fire tricks." He said, as if unsure of himself. Naruto held out his index finger as it pointed upwards, a small fire began to spawn at the tip of it.

((Well, to my knowledge, you haven't taken the Chuunin Exam, yet. So a Genin. *Nod* ))
He smiled softly. "Well, there are many ways to perform this." He said, stepping towards the door. He didn't open it, though. He stopped. "Attack me." He said, turning his head a bit to look at him.
