Marie felt her presence was known and looked over slowly at Logan, whom was coming to.

“I’d have to say you were out about three or four hours,” she spoke controlled and softly, placing the cup of water she had brought him on the bedside table to avoid touching him in the attempt to hand it to him directly. “Sergey and I brought you here after you encountered that dog-person.”

Marie let him come to a little more, giving him time to readjust to where he was. “Are you feeling alright? Show I get the nurse? No aches and pains, yes?”

“If you are alright then good, my job was done. I know a bit about fainting/passing out from powers,” Marie played with her bangles. They lightly click against one another from time to time. Her green eyes laughed a little though, “Actually, I’m sure a lot of students are unwantedly familiar with it.”

Mark forced a grin, shaking Lite's hand, saying," Nice to meet you... I think... I'm Mark. Nice to, uh, meet Bear, too..." Looking to where Lite was pointing, he saw not a cupcake, but sidewalk. He was pointing at the air, at nothing. "I think I'll pass on the cupcake, Lite. Thanks for the offer." Mark said calmly, thinking, 'He sees invisible cupcakes? He thinks I'm as tall as a building? Is that his mutation, seeing things that aren't there? Or maybe he's just high... that's probably it...' A slightly worried look on his face, Mark inquired, "Is everything... okay, Lite? Why were you... lying in the middle of the sidewalk?"

Despite Aki suggesting that the team not need a leader and with Huilliame showing his obvious unsuitability for the position, Candice decided that Matt was to be leader. "Well, Okay, I guess," Matt said while looking off to the side. Huilliame had finished before the rest of them and darted off, and the rest of them were close to finishing their evening meals. When the question of team name came again, Matt replied, "Well, Huilliame's not here, and it's getting late. We could decide now if you really want to, but I see no reason why it can't be left until tomorrow." He shrugged casually and got up to drop off his tray at the dish pit.

Logan blinked at Marie a little and glanced at the glass of water before realizing he was quite thirsty. He slowly sat up as she asked about aches and pains, and he shook his head slowly. His mask was pulled off, and he was soon draining the cup of water, his stomach lightly protesting with how little was in it. He smiled lightly, almost shyly, to Marie when she commented that she knew about passing out from mutations, and that a lot of students probably did, too. She had an odd, low, tone that told him it would be very pretty if she just spoke out, but had a feeling she couldn't.

When he was done with his water, Logan waited a little to put on his mask. He took in hinted traces of her scent, wafting minor memories in his head, speeding up the process of him getting a headache, but also informing him with some tidbits about this girl. "Thank you for getting me in here... I try to avoid people because things like that happen, but... I guess being at the school means I can't avoid everyone..." he smiled slightly, still, wondering how Tess was faring. "And- you... make sure nobody is mad at Tess for this. It was my fault." he felt he had to say that because he knew what made the dog-boy act the way he did, and it was kind of sad.

There was a soft silence for a few moments as Logan looked to the side a bit, a hand reaching up to rub at one of his temples. He soon turned back to Marie, making sure he had a glove on before offering a hand. "Em... I'm Logan." he offered quietly. "I pick up memories off of people, but it's mostly safe when I don't touch their skin. The mask is because I can pick up little tidbits if I smell a certain parfume, or someones' own scent." his smile went a little meek.

Feeling a bit rushed, Sam found a faculty member to take Rozen to their dorm. "Excuse me," he said to the one he located, "but can you take my friend to our room? I'm in a bit of a hurry."

"Sam O'Reilly and Rozen Nihlus, correct?" the young woman asked, adjusting her slender glasses and checking a clipboard that just happened to contain the names of students and their locations within the dormitory space.

"Yes, ma'am."

"And you're in Building C, Room 3, right?"

"That's right."

"Okay, I'll make sure Rozen gets to your room." With that, she began to lead Rozen to the dorm.

Sam made a beeline for the medical facility, meeting no obstacles. He burst through the double-doors, a worried look on his face. The head nurse noted his expression and inquired, "Is everything alright, Sam? You look rather troubled."

"I'm fine, Mrs. Ishida," was Sam's response. Without missing a beat, he asked, "Has Aya Takashi been taken into this building?"

"Aya Takashi... One of your teammates, right?"

"Yes. I heard she collapsed somewhere."

"I see. Let me check with my nurses." She entered the Nurses' Lounge and emerged seconds later, saying, "Aya was brought in due to complications related to her mutation. The doctors just finished up in her room, so you can visit her if you wish." She knew the answer before Sam could give it. Mrs. Ishida had known Sam since his first day at the School. His mutation has landed him in the infirmary more times than they could count. Because of this, Sam considered her to be his surrogate mother while he was at Pacis Salus.

As predicted, Sam replied with a smile, "I would be very glad to see her."

"Alright. Just go down the hall and into the third room on the left."

Sam nodded and entered Aya's room without a word. He sat down in the small white chair situated in the corner, not far from the bed's headboard, thinking to himself, This is a familiar scene... Of course, that time it was me in the bed and Amy in the chair. It's amazing how little difference there is between hospital rooms. He remained in that seat for about a half hour, though it felt like twice that. As soon as he stood up to leave, he saw Mrs. Ishida's form enter the room.

"You know, Sam," she said in that warm tone that she always used. "Aya could probably use some company for the night. Why don't you stick around?" Again predicting Sam's response, she had a light, snow-white blanket and an equally white pillow held under her arm.

"Sure," Sam said, nodding. "I'll stay with Aya." Mrs. Ishida smiled again and handed the pillow and blanket to the boy. He gladly took them and settled back into the chair by Aya's bedside, the pillow under his head and the blanket wrapped snugly around him.

The head nurse exited the room and returned to the lobby.

Marie nodded at his Logan’s statement about Tess’ innocence, “Accidents happen, I wasn’t there to judge, only to help.”

“My name is Marie Jakemen,” she introduced herself, gently taking his hand, and exuberating extra care to not make skin contact despite the glove. “My mutation is basically hypnotism through words, hence the oh –so delightful tone in my voice.”

She took that glass and refilled it at the fountain outside the door once more before returning and placing the glass back on the bedside table. “Well, you seem alright. I suppose I should let you rest here, unless you want to go to you dorm. I can accompany your there if you would like.” Marie had braided a bit of her long dark hair while she had been sitting. She played with the end of it softly, bangles clicking musically again as they had been earlier.

Logan shook Marie's hand, nodding a little and giving a small smile again when she explained her lack of tone. When she refilled his glass of water, he murmured a small 'thanks' and took a sip from it. He thought about her offer to walk him back to his dorm, and finally gave a small nod. "I should... probably go back to my room. There's classes tomorrow, so I'll need to get all my things, and what not." he shifted to get out of bed, pulling his mask back up again as Marie played with her hair, amused lightly at the jingling sounds she made when she did.

"My room is a bit farther then the regular dorms, though..." Logan murmured. "Would you be willing to walk out with me, or should you head to your own dorms?" he pulled his mask down again, drinking some more water before locating his shoes. "It is a bit rude for a lady to be walking alone in the dark." he mused aloud.

Surprised, Lite had never thought he'd meet a man who could turn down a giant cupcake. "Oh well, more for me an' Bear then. And everything's fine man, everything is always fine. Woah, wait. Are you saying you're being fined? I could ask around for some money to pay it off man." He clumbsily stood, easily swaying from one direction to the other, reaching a hand out to all those who passed by. "Stingy people. If I had money, I'd totally lend you some, it'd be no big deal at all." He took a few more moments to recompose himself after the little tirade against the other students and replied. "Wait a minute, I wasn't lying on the middle of the sidewalk. You're crazy, like insane asylum crazy. And...if you knew I was watching the clouds wage war of epic proportions, that would mean you're spying on me. That's it! You're a spy for the government of Denmark, those clever Danes. I never thought they'd find me moments after slaying their dragon. I bid you farewell, Danish Prince of Spies!" Lite suddenly flew off, not in a straight line, but a weird curving pattern with several loops and eventually he could no longer see Mark. I never thought they'd be that fast, I'll have to watch out more next time. That damn dragon! Flying around for hours with no general motive for going anywhere but away from a case of mistaken identity, Lite found himself at his dorm window. He used the air in the crack to wedge and eventually force the window open for his entrance. It wasn't long before he became sleepy, putting Bear in his home made from the neighbor's windows. He collapsed on the closest mattress, as his roommate had not left indication which bed was his; this bed now belonged to Lite. Lite fell straight asleep and as he did, lyrics popped from his lively mouth which were undeniably uninterpretable.

Marie laughed at his remark about her walking along being rude. “What a gentlemen you are, feeling that way. I don’t want you passing out again, especially when most people would be in bed and your body would not be likely discovered. Besides, I’m quite sure I can make it on my own. It only dusk and the moon looks full so far,” She peered out the small window that was behind the chair she had been sitting in earlier.

As Logan put his shoes on she stood at the door frame, ready to go, “Excited for classes at all tomorrow? What do you plan on taking?”

Huilliame looked ill now as the doctors marched him into the medical bay. His mutation had brought on a fever this time, resigning him to a few hours of scratching til they could figure out a cure. He climbed into the bed as soon as he was bundled past Marie and Logan, his eyes getting heavy. He had a song running through the dullness in his head.
"At the sick bed of Chu Chulainn, we'll kneel and sya a prayer and the ghosts are rattling at the door and the devils in the chair." He spurted out a few verses of this, slurred before he passed out.

Logan mumbled something small in embarrassment of the possibility of passing out again. Especially since his head would be swirly soon, as it was starting to get. He'd found his shoes and put them on, before making sure he had everything. Sometimes they had a habit of removing clothing to check out his vitals, and this time he only had the feeling of some blood being drawn from one arm, and possibly something to do with his head being examined. Basic mutant examinations.

"I dunno... I'm not quite sure what I'm gonna take. I may not even have a full schedule." Logan shifted and finished his water before fixing his mask and wandering up to Marie. "I was thinking about working on a language... maybe psychology and sociology... I guess you could imagine why I'd want to take those. I really haven't looked at the schedule, yet- it's in my room." He led them off, a hand always consciously rubbing at one of his temples to keep his headache at bay. A nurse stopped them for a moment.

"Logan Ernst? Ah, if you're ready to leave, we have some headache medicine for you. Let me grab it." he shrugged lightly at Marie and had them wait. He was given a box to keep with him in case his headache got too bad, and was instructed to take two every six hours if he needed them. It wasn't like he couldn't read the box. He thanked the nurse, anyways, though, before heading outside with his companion. "What are you interested in for classes?" Logan asked Marie.

Marie waited with Logan as the nurse had stopped them and retrieved from medicine for his headaches. She waved to the nurse, the same helped earlier, in a friendly manner before finally exiting the infirmary. “My classes? Well, I enjoy learning, but I’m not taking classes every hour. One of my free hours I’m offering Spanish tutoring. I know how frustrating learning a new language can be.”

She let Logan lead the way to his dorm, even though she was right beside him. Marie yawn softly, the sound melodic in a way. She knew how to stretch her vocal cords while yawning which created a sing-songy noise. It was one of the few reliefs of strain in keeping her voice tight and controlled all day.

“How is your team? I saw you earlier with them, but I suppose the chaos that ensure may have complicated things for you and your team… Wow, the sky is very clear here. If feels like every star in the galaxy can be seen…” Marie attempted to make small talk.

"I've never thought of taking Spanish..." Logan murmured softly. "I was thinking about Japanese so I could understand people if we ever were allowed trips to the main island, and all of that. I mean, I assume they might, so students can get new books and stuff..." he shrugged lightly, leading the way fully. He found that he liked the sound of her yawn, even though the yawn itself meant she was tired.

"I met my team earlier today... they're interesting." Logan smiled lightly as he looked skyward. "There's no city lights, so we can see them quite well. It's hard to see them so well in London." he sighed a little, missing his home a bit. "Are you sure you want to walk me all the way out there? You seem tired enough to probably want to hit the hay as soon as possible..." he paused, giving her a wary check-over as if she could fall asleep without a moments' notice.

“Indeed, it was nothing like this in London. Though Spain country side I thought was the closest to such a view. But… this island surely wins.”

At Logan’s comment on her sleepiness, Marie made herself blink wide and took a stride out in front of him. “Well, I’m sorry I didn’t get a nice four hour nap today,” she teased, making a playful face at him and continuing in front of him, assuming that the building ahead was his dorm. “Ah, this is not the normal dormitories is it?”

Marie was once again frustrated with her sandals and took them off, holding them in her hand and feeling more at home with her feet directly touching the ground. Feeling a bit embarrassed, she explained, “I’m a dancer… who hates shoes.” Marie laughed at herself a moment, imagining herself through his eyes.

Logan smiled lightly as Marie agreed with him. "You can't see the stars in London, but there's so much else you could look at." he murmured softly. He then blinked up at the Training Facilities, and he shook his head. "My dorm room is set up for one- they're all kept in this building in case something happens. They're all for the mutants who are more... sensitive to other mutants. Those that need to have a room to themselves, lest something bad happens."

Continuing on with Marie, Logan was amused with her comment of being a dancer who dislikes shoes. It was... silly. But, then again, it wasn't too bad. And she looked nice with or without the shoes. He just hoped she didn't step on anything sharp, or something that might hurt her feet. "Do you... always do things like this?" he asked softly, still in wonder about his traveling companion, but now curious. "I mean, check up on people and help walk them to their dorms? Complete strangers?"
