V sat next to her and shook his head. "Phantom, love.. you know Quin wont hurt him. Quin is playing, its all he does. matter of fact, Quin doesnt like to kill... and he wont unless he has to. i swear to you little love, he wont harm Edward." V looked up at the sign and grimaced. " he has an odd sense of humer... but he is honorable to his word. im sure he just wanted to talk to him. this is his way of getting attention." he layed his hand on her shoulder reasureingly. " dont worry.. i promise nothing will happen.. just to prove it lets find them." he stood up and walked to the door. " with all of the illusion stones around here, he could be in the room next door." he smiled slightly at Phantom.
"i have known the prince sense i was little. he is a joker, and he wont hurt Edward unless Edward starts something. even then he wont kill him." he held the door open and stood to the side, knowing they had to look anyway. Phantom was upset, and V was going to knock the hell out of Quin when he got the chance. Quin made Phantom cry, the man was lucky all he was getting was a good punch. " lets go love... we can look if you want."

Phantom got up and walked to V, her arms are crossed infront of her chest. "I know Quin is a nice guy, I have had a lot of time with him while you were gone. But if he hurts Edward in anyway, he will get so much from me." Phantom started to walk down the hall, but didn't get far. She had to stop, it hurt her to walk now. "If anything happens to him I will never forgive Quin, or myself." Phantom was still crying and just wanted to find Edward. "Come on, we have a lot of ground to cover." She waited for V then took his hand. She walked down the hall again opening every door and looked for any rocks in them.
She stoped again when she reached the end of the hall of the second hall. She turned around and huged V tightly. "I'm sorry for causing you so much pain in your heart. I forget that we are bound together and you can feel everything I can. I just want to find Edward and fix everything."
Phantom looks up at V and smiles when she sees his face. She felt better when she saw his face. Phantom then hid her face on V's chest. "I'm so so sorry love."

Traquin Quin landed lightly next to the man called Edward. useing his Theifs grace, he didnt make a sound as he put his feet up and watched the man with a narrowed gaze. for about 20 minets he took in the state of the room, then decided to get his talk over with. he raised an eyebrow and cleared his throught. " you know, after what i heard i dont want to join up anymore. matter of fact, you slanderd one of the best men i know... that would usualy put you on my hate list for the rest of your life, if i didnt know what had been happening to your lady love." Quin looked amused as he picked up a shiny trinket, then tossed it asside. "mmm fake gold.. how sad.." he looked up at Edward and his smile turned a little cold, showing his darker nature. " care to explain why you would hate V for trying to help you? i can explain why it didnt work if you tell me what i want to know." he kept a sense of the people in the building as he watched Edward, he didnt see Edward as a threat. Quin smirked a little as he added, just for Edwards peace of mind, the oldest lie he had ever told. " im man, ill die if im stabed." he laghed lowly to himself at that.. it was so old but it always worked. he continued. " so lets keep this quiet, im not fond of audiances.. and if you tell me what i want to know you will never have to see me again." Quin leaned back in the chair, tiping it onto its back legs as he smiled at Edward. " whats it going to be Worriar?" "I am sure you are a man, from what Phantom told me, but I know a lost cause when I see one. I will not tell you what you wish to know, for I doubt I know what you seek." Edward sat up on his bed. "I'll play along for now. Ask your question."

Lily walked in after hearing a small segment of the conversation. "What do you think you're playing at?!" She said angerly storming up to Quin and glairinb up at him from about a head below. "Thats a lie humans cant talk to ghosts and I saw you in the graveyard talking to Sam!" Lily was rather pissed at Quin for more than one resion but the biggest was that he wouldn't answer her questions. "What are you anyway?" She asked at a whisper so only Quin could hear her.

((Hey has anyone read a book called the path to asentment or something like that? If not GO READ IT!! My friend wrote it and I'm letting him barrow Lily for his next two books except she's a Werewolf.))
Lily knew this was the second time she had lashed out at Quin but she was more afraid then angry, she just wanted an answer.

Lily turned around afraid of Edward's raised voice. It reminded her of the day Sam died.
Evrething was in a gray haze in her mind, and somone was pulling at her shoulder. "Sam...SAM!" She shouted at his old lifeless body. "LILY!" Shouted a mans voice from behind her. "He won't answer you."
She bavcked away from him and ran out the door entering her room and slambing the door behind her.

Quin lets out an exasporated breath. " humans.." he mutterd. hard to beleave he had been one..
he stood up and folded his jacket over his arm. " never mind, you have already answerd it. i didnt understand why you would attack V behind his back when he was trying to help you.. i see now." he ignored Lilys first few questions, then tossed her a blue stone. " it will keep em away from you. i promised Sam i would not let them kill you."
he turned his back and let out an ear pirceing whistle, then 4 theifs droped into the room from the window. " ok, move out. its pointless and irritating to deal with people, lets get back to baise." he tossed a card over his shoulder and lept from the window, fallowed by a chorus of 'Yes Prince' from the theives. he knew Phantom and V would hear the whistle, he counted on it. he had forgotten how irritateing men were...
the card on the floor read. " i do not stand for insults, but i will forget because its who i am. i dont care for talk, but as a well raise person i cant turn my back on an innocent. Lily is in danger of men in the city, they are new to the area. you will know them from the circular crest on their clothes, and i will warn you that all have a psycic abillity. they are using your sword to hurt your mate, and they want you both dead. they want rid of RCS.. until now i didnt understand why. that is all, if you need more information as V where to find me. signed, Shade"
