((Still so busy! But this'll do for now. Just a random thing I decided to add one day xD ))
Mickey smiled. They were almost here. REally, they were almost here. Actually, about another ten feet and that was it.
The train slowed and finally came to a stop. Jerusalem, was it? They were so close now, to the end. The end of everything.
Mm. No sentimentalities. Not now.
He decided to leave everyone for now, preferring to step outside and take a look around without interference. It was rare he got moments like this to himself.
But then, as he stepped out, something pounced on him. It was fluffy. Some kind of weird heartless?!
"Help, kupo, help! There's a big heartless after me, kupo! Help me out, Mr. Mouse sir, kupo!" the thing yelled.

Mickey finally managed to push the moogle off of him, and after that was accomplished, he stood there, trying to make sense of this. A moogle? On Earth? He'd thought the Earth's moogle population had gone extinct thousands of years ago...
"What's the matter?" He finally asked the moogle quaking in fear. "What're ya running from?"
The moogle sputtered out shakily, "Oh, Mr. Mouse, it's a terrible beast, it's scattered us all, kupo-po! It turned half of us mad, it did, and you never see it coming, until it's already got you, and it's too late, kupo!"
Mickey frowned. This sounded too familiar. And that wasn't good.
With a quick glance back at the train, he nodded at the moogle.
"Show me."
The moogle stared at him as if he was out of his mind, but looking at the keyblade that had appeared in his hands, thought better of it and nodded. And they were off.

"Moogle!" Zolx sat up quickly as he woke up. He looked around before stretching and getting out of bed. He extended and retracted his wings a few times before putting his shirt on, he wasn't sure when he'd be using them next, if ever. He got dressed and walked out to the main cart. The train had stop recently, he could still feel it humming. he looked out a window and stopped something moving. It was short, mostly black and had two huge- Zolx's eyes almost fell out of his head. Next to the King was a white furry thing with little bat wings and a red pompom attached to an antenna on it's head. MOOGLE! He almost charge straight out of the train before thinking better of it. If the King had wanted someone to go with him he would have woken them up when the train had stopped. Still It didn't seem like the King had told anyone he was leaving. Zolx exited the train on the opposite side that the king was on and removed his jacket. His wings grew until each was longer than his was tall. With one powerful flap-and some sizzling purple magic- he shot into the air. He made sure to get to a high altitude before he started circling the King. If anything odd happened he could get the train quickly or go to the kings aid depending. He did not however think to tell anyone he was leaving.

((Sorry I haven't been on in so long, I was/am grounded. And unfortunately, I'm gonna be pretty busy in the coming days. Anyway, I'll try to catch up a bit.))
Kiante had watched thoughtfully with all the mini-drama in the train car. He had felt sorry for all of them really, Akiko the most, he knew he DEFINITELY didn't want anyone to know what he said.
He dodged Akiko's strike at his ear, then bowed and said, "I think that's enough for today Akiko. Sorry, I'm just a bit tired. We really should get some res-" he felt the train stopping then, "Or not...Well, come on. We should get going I guess." He said, sheathing his sword. He wrapped an arm around Akiko in a friendly support gesture and started walking out, half dragging her along.

Akiko flinched but followed Kiante out. "Man, I was just getting it, too..." she mumbled sulkily. "Well, at least we're almost there, aren't we?" The red on her cheeks had finally died down, and she pulled out of Kiante's arm. She smiled to show she appreciated the gesture, but she still wasn't a very physical contact-y person. Then she skipped out into the hallway.
~
Mickey followed the moogle silently through the deserted city, and eventually into a forest, along a road. A couple cars had crashed here and there.

Kya, who had slept through everything that had happened stretched lazily when she felt the train stop. "We must be here..." She yawned, walking off the train. "Where are we again?" She asked anyone who was close enough to hear.

((I had a nice long post planned but no time for anything of the sort now. crying So just ignore Akiko for the moment, leave her on the train if you must biggrin ))
Mickey followed the moogle as they turned onto another path...one the King could barely discern, and only then because the moogle pointed it out.
As the creature floated along noiselessly by the mouse's comparatively crashing steps, Mickey felt a chill come over him. But he wouldn't be caught off guard this time.
Ancient Japan really knew what it was doing. Silent meditation worked wonders.

"Holy..." Mika scoffed walking past the two in a floaty sort of way. "Didn't I tell you two to rest up?"
Mika had always felt uncomfortable when she was near churches, temples, or any sort of christian holy place. It made the hair on the back of her neck stand on end and a chill run along her spine.
"It would be best to get things done quickly."

((Whee))
Akiko skipped up to the group. "Hey, guys, wait for me!"
To make things dramatic, Akiko squinched her eyes as she stepped out of the train. Then, slowly, she opened them.
And there was Jerusalem.
Akiko frowned. This was no different than anything in a textbook.
But then, what had she been expecting? This whole time she'd been in a state of boundless excitement, waiting at any moment for herself to get caught up in the romance and adventure of their current situation. After all, it was what she had dreamed of for years, whether she chose to admit it or not. And, truth be told, she hadn't been able to stop herself from promising that if she ever became part of a great adventure, all her problems would be solved, or at least become silly, detached things that do no more than make you sigh, like reading a book or...playing a video game.
No, Akiko. You idiot. This is real life. There's no romance in real life. Even in Sora, Kairi...even Riku, for goodness' sake! All the romance about them had slowly faded away during that train ride. Even during the whole episode with the demon...probably the most exciting thing that had ever happened to her. BAsically straight out of an RPG.
Akiko frowned but quickly recovered and skipped on ahead, brandishing her staff along the way. Then she turned back, the question finally registering in her brain.
"We're gonna find the keyhole of course! But...I guess it would help if we had everybody with us."
She wasn't about to go looking for him though. She despised looking for lost objects, or people.
((...That wasn't really worth waiting for. Lol))
