Reese was surprised to see that John was with another woman, especially since he'd brought her to Noko's own hotel room, but really, that wasn't his business.
"Uh, hi, John. How'd the burning down of your house go?"

John was taken by surprise, when Mystique snuk up behind him and put her arms around his neck. "What the?-Noko!!" He said relaxing with a laugh. It's a good thing I didn't have my lighter.... I can't believe I got that paranoid. Wow I really must be tired, John thought to himself. He then heard Reese's question. "This is Noko, she's just shifted," he said to Reese, "and as for the house, yeah I blew it up, and I left Pietro to rebuild the place..I was gonna hire someone, but him doing it was fine too. And to top it all off, I was able to kill Warren anyway, so to be blunt. Pietro wasted all his time fighting me today for no reason whatsoever."

Regina grinned at TNL. "You okay? That girl has some serious powers... and some serious problems. Then again, don't we all?"

She noticed his eye color change and wondered what was triggering it. She had felt something, but since she didn't know what it was and had never experienced it before, she had pushed it away to the back of her mind.

Reese heaved a sigh. "This guy met us up there, and he was, ya know, checking her out. We hung out for a while, then headed back here to hang. They left me here because I don't like coffee. That was at 3 this morning. She's, they're, not back yet. I'm worried."

"Yeah, it does seem like a lot of us have a good share of both of those things." TNL could tell his eyes were changing back to his normal, well, semi-normal violet. "I was thinking, after I clean up the waffles and such, do you need to go tell that person you were with, Reese, that you're staying here? He seemed sort of like a protecter of some sorts and might get worried." TNL shrugged, "I just don't want to get on his bad side, dragging you over here without anybody there knowing."

"Oh maybe I should..." Regina said, feeling guilty suddenly. Searching around in her pocket she found a complimentary soap and went to the phone. "I hope you guys don't mind me using it?"

Phenix gave a smile and waved her to go ahead.

Dialing the hotel, she asked for Noko's room number. Figuring she'd be there and that eventually she could get the message to Reese that she was alright. She didn't want to be in the area though if he found out where she was... He looked mad enough with the guy from before mentioned the Xavier Institute.

"Hey noko." Regina started, wanting to get it out in almost one breath. "I'm at the xavier institute... No offense to you, but the whole brotherhood group just seems too disorganized. I want to learn my powers more and I don't see any training in place there. Let the few that I made friends with where I am, and that we're still friends just that I'm not living in the same house anymore. Kay?"

Reese watched from the doorway as Noko picked p the phone. From where he was standing he couldn't make out the voice on the other end, but he thought it sounded like... "Regina?!" He raced over to Noko like a lost puppy.
