After the battle in Night village, Lilith made a quick escape. She was disappointed she wasn't responsible for the masked assassin’s death, but the man that caused all of the destruction and death seemed quite powerful. While the skies were hailing down the light that seemed to burn everything it touched, that's when Lilith left. She wasn't about to wait around and be struck down by a random strike. She made a quick exit and headed to safety.

Once safe, she recalled a hidden location that she was told about. It belonged to the group Akatsuki. Though the group was very secretive, and hard to find information about. She had seeked such information for quite some time. After a very long search she finally received the information needed. That's why she was here. She wanted to become a member. She had no idea what it would take, or trials she would have to undergo, but she was willing, and most certainly ready. This was the path she had chosen for herself.

"Hello?..." She said as she broke the silence. She thought she heard slamming off in the distance, but the noise was too feint to tell exactly what it was. She waited to see if she could get a response. Ready to defend herself in case she wasn't welcome in the organization’s home.

Lilith continued to walk through the organizations hideout. It appeared no members were in after all. What a shame she was hoping she would be able to join the organization. It seemed like the organization’s ambitions greatly reflected her own personal ambitions and goals. Her eyes scanned the walls as she walked, learning as much as she could about the structure that the Akatsuki call home. It wasn't bright and bubbly, which was to be expected. This was a good thing of course. Such a notorious group of criminals living in a white picketed fence with paintings of flowers all over wouldn't quite fit the image they were trying to portray.

After a bit of walking she reached a large room, and in the large room sat a table. It was an interesting room. It was completely empty besides that table, and the contents that were placed on it. She walked up to the table and inspected what laid on top of the table. It was a robe, with clouds all across it. Also on the table was a headband, it appeared that this was the uniform the Akatsuki member must wear. She wondered who it belonged to, and who would leave their things laying on a table like this. The last item on the table was a ring. A scarlet red ring. She picked the ring up and examined it closely, studying the makings of this ring. It seemed like it had something unexplainable about it. She slowly, and carefully set it down, her eyes darting around the room. "Hello?" She said quietly. She felt that someone was watching her while she inspected one of the members gear.

A light, womanly chuckle echoes through the room, as the temperature drastically begins to drop till it is sharp and crisp. The drop is followed by a light breeze, which would send shivers down a normal person's spine, as if something based over the Demon girl's shoulder rather quickly. The Akatsuki floats up and looks more as if someone..or something was in it. on the table a violent swirling of energy was now able to be seen as the Akatsuki moved around the new 'guest' in the Akatsuki headquarters. "So who do we have here? Another guest? That is good, cause the old one was...well he wasn't much fun." the voice was clearly that of a woman, but was low enough to be barely audible. After the statement was finished the body of male falls onto the floor from the ceiling, if one was to inspect the body more then they would notice the lack of eyes. the body was more of a distraction as the naked body of a violet haired woman rises from the vortex on the table, though the vortex closes once the woman's full body is out. The body floats there lifeless for a moment before her head snaps forward and looks over Lilith. "Oh your pale skin is so lovely." the woman light places a hand on her check while grinning like a fox, "and such soft skin." The woman's violet eyes look over the woman before she snaps and purple ethereal flames surround her naked body. These flames die down soon enough and the girl was now dressed, in denim shorty shorts, with a metal mesh bodysuit under that. Her chest was covered by a dark purple tank-top, so to keep her decent. A black cloak wraps around her to hide her thin, frail looking body, as she hops off the table and finds a seat. "I am Kagami. What do you want, my dear?" Her voice was cold as she spoke to this new potential threat.

As soon as Lilith placed the ring down on the table, she heard something that startled her. It sounded like a woman laughing, but she couldn't tell where it was coming from. It sounded like the voice was all around her. Lilith turned away from the table, her back now facing it as she examined the dark room. There was no one in sight. She could see no one, but she was sure that someone or something was close by. Her skin began to crawl, and she was overwhelmed with a cold sensation. The very air around her began to drop dramatically in temperature. As she exhaled, her breath was visible, much like a cold winter’s night. Something was coming...

She noticed something floating around her, circling her like a wolf its prey. Her eyes were locked on it, not sure what to expect. She hoped she didn't make a mistake coming here uninvited. Then, it spoke. The voice seemed supernatural, she had much experience in the field, and could sense that whatever this thing was, it couldn't be human. And if it was, it must have been possessed. Whatever it was that was circling her, spoke of a guest, but Lilith saw no one. That is until the body of a deceased man fell from seemingly nowhere landing on the ground in front of her. She was able to see that the male was no longer living, and the kill was quite fresh. And the eyes... The eyes were missing; it appeared that they were blasted out of his skull. She figured that the thing circling her had just taken care of an intruder.

That's when she felt the presence behind her, stronger than before. She must have appeared, showing herself. Lilith took her eyes off of the mutilated body, and turned back to the table. What stood in front of her was a naked woman, with violet hair. She wasn't able to watch her appear fully, but she noticed at her feet that something resembling a vortex, or a portal was closing. There floating in the air ominously, was the source of the voice. The head snapped forward as the floating woman eyed Lilith, commenting on her pale white skin. As the woman reached her hand out, Lilith stared watching as it approached her face. She didn't move, allowing her gracious host to touch her face. The touch was cold, so cold it felt like the hand of death was brushing against her cheek. Oddly enough, Lilith liked it. She wasn't scared or nervous, she was quite calm.

Flames illuminated the room as the floating woman was covered by them, once the flames were out, she was now covered by clothing. It was very similar to how her body was revealed when she transformed in to her true form, and out of this human suit. She smiled at the sight the black rings in her eyes slowly spinning as she stared directly at her. The woman introduced herself, which took the edge off slightly, plus she took a seat. Hopefully that meant she wasn't going to attack first, and ask questions later. Kagami was her name, one she would not soon forget.

"Hello Kagami, my name is Lilith Zakura. I am here to speak with the leader of the Akatsuki." She said her voice soft, and calm. She wouldn't take a seat; instead she just stood where she did before, right next to the guest who met an unfortunate end. "I wish to become a member of the organization." She said getting straight to the point. She traveled a long way to get here. And trained to get to the point she was at now. This was what she wanted. She wanted to become a member, and cause chaos, destruction, and fight for the goals of her organization, along with her own. She believed this was her best path. Hopefully, she will be given the chance to join.

As she walked in to the Akatsuki headquarters she grinned knowing the reason why she was here. This new place was kind of like a new home to her. In fact it was her only home, and it felt nice to be back. She had been through a lot since she last left, but the highlight was choking the life out of that insect Loki. Of course the going away present Loki left her changed her forever. Her appearance is forever altered, and her true form as well. But she had to admit, she was a fan of her new looks, she would have to thank Loki if she ever saw him in hell. She smiled, her blue lips the only thing able to be seen from beneath her hood, that and the long black hair that slipped out of either side. As she walked through the long dimly lit hallway she let the fingers of her right hand slide against the wall while her left sat rested on the hilt of Jono's blade. It was a strange sight to see, at least that was her opinion. A demon walking around with a sword. Generally weapons weren't needed or used by demons like herself. But this was sort of a gift, and a life saver at that. She would hold on to it until the right time presented itself. She was sure Jono wasn't gone forever though, he would return eventually... And that’s why she would hold on to the sword, she would return it to him when the time came. Though having a sword that creates a force field was a nice addition.

She reached the main lobby of the building. There were several hallways and each hall led to this part of the building. It was the first room she entered when she was trying to join the organization. She was accepted of course, and what a dream it has been. The only thing missing was a partner. But she sensed that would only be for a short period longer. She has had one of her imps following and watching a certain someone, and she thinks they are almost ready to join the organization. She wouldn't have to extend an invitation or go follow her using her imp to locate. She was positive that this person would come find her. That is why she returned to the headquarters of course. To meet the potential. See if they had what it took physically and psychologically. It wouldn't be much longer now.

Lilith sat down on one of the chairs and sat quietly looking down at the ground. The gray color of her skin actually brighter than most things in this room. She sat motionless and waited. Hopefully she wouldn't be kept waiting for too long. The newcomer wouldn't want to test Lilith's patience. Even if she had all the time in the world. For once the demon was excited, she could taste the chaos and destruction she could bring with a partner. But she would need the right partner. When the girl would come, she would enter the room and all she would see is the hooded figure sitting in her chair, her scarlet ring glowing from the lighting, and her person completely veiled in shadows, the only visible part of her body was her two hands, and from her blue lips to the bottom of her chin. "Let's see what you have to offer..."

With her new swords in hand she proceeded onwards into the compound of the Akatsuki hideout. Her trip to the Hidden Rain Village had been grueling, after the fight with Lightning she decided it would be better to attempt to find the headquarters elsewhere, the Akatsuki wouldn’t allow someone like that to take up arms near their hideout. She knew the woman she had just fought wasn’t from the organization she was looking for as she was missing the trademark cloak, she wasn’t really a ninja at all. More like a electrified monster, nothing Inari really couldn’t handle though. She had become exponentially stronger during that fight, both in her confidence and knowledge on what her body could do and how quickly her mind could work. She wanted to waste no more time before joining the Akatsuki, perhaps she was a tad weaker than they wanted her to be but her beauty lie in her ability to learn incredibly fast. Her analysis of opponents at such a breakneck pace was something that allowed her strategies to be developed on the fly and her tactics changed in an instant. She saw no need to the use of ninja tools such as kunai and shuriken, she only required the use of her swords for the time being. At one point she never even wanted to use swords, so the future might hold anything, as she grew as a ninja her skills and requirements would grow. That would mean an increased arsenal. The swords she had gained she had become somewhat familiar with on the trip, the fact they vibrated with electrical current and were well shaped for various types of combat, including throwing and close range brawls. Along with new weapons came a new way she carried herself, a new confidence, and a generally new appearance. As she entered one of the buildings she only saw one cloaked figure, the hands and bottom portion of a face, blue lips and a grayish skin tone. She was taken aback by the appearance of this person, the rest of the room was so dark, even when it was so bright outside. “Hello? I’m looking for a group called the Akatsuki and was wondering if I could stay here for the night?”

She decided that it was time to turn her back on the ninja, she no longer cared for them she would find the organization she searched for and swear loyalty to them, her allegiance to the Hidden Mist was no longer required, she no longer wished it for her or for anyone who be associated with it. She had removed the headband from her belt on the trip here and was still carrying it in her hand waiting for a chance to throw it away. She didn’t know if she still needed it to stay on her way to the akatsuki or not. She was unsure even of how the Akatsuki worked, all she knew was that she would do whatever it took to join them. The person in front of her was eerily looking her way, “Excuse me, I’m talking to you,” she exclaimed as she moved forward towards the cloaked figure. Cautious to not get too close however, this was a harsh world with harsh consequences and not everyone was as nice as they were in the Shinobi academy. Proceeding with caution she began to feel an odd feeling of relief, she would find out aught in the short time ahead of her in a conversation that would severely alter her life.

It was strange that she was being so open and odd about things, she usually wouldn’t talk to a stranger like this, especially an eerily lighted cloaked stranger, as a ray of light shone through the door, she noticed a tell tale symbol on the cloak, the red cloud. The same red cloud as on the cloak of her father, could this woman be a part of the Akatsuki, could she have been waiting here the whole time for Inari, even that thought puzzled her. Did the Akatsuki expect her to join them or something, she had heard nothing but skilled missing nin worked for them, she had no idea about what they did or who they REALLY were. They had been predominantly shrouded in mystery since their fall from power at the hands of a previous generation. It was a shame because they had been highly renowned within the eyes of many powerful ninja, ninja whom Inari assumed were respected and revered by all people, not just other Akatsuki members. She had genuinely believed them to be good, and had no idea of their true intention or nature within the world of the ninja, either way she was glad that she had found someone who could actually help her. “Excuse me, do you know anything about the Akatsuki, I noticed your cloak… I am interested in joining them. Please tell me you know something I have been looking for a long time for them.”

Grabbing the edges of their cloaks, the user moves around their opponent/s in 12 graceful moves, 6 flourishes of the cloak with 6 strikes of the cloak in between, the cloak movements hiding the next strike. The first two are aimed at the kneecaps, the third as the stomach/solar plexus, the next two at the shoulders/chest, and the final strike a roundhouse kick to the head. The speed and flourishes of the cloak are enough to disorient the opponents who will have a hard time guessing where the next strike is coming from, making blocking even more difficult.

Lilith sat in the chair waiting for her guest. She wondered what was taking her so long. The imp had reported she was in a fight; it would be a shame if she was killed before they had the chance to meet. A shame indeed, but she doubted that would be the case. She had some confidence in Ms Amarante. Lilith's patience was wearing thin by now. She had very important things to tend to, but she knew that the wait would be worth it. If she was alive that is. Either way she would get here soon, or her imp that was shadowing her would arrive with news. So a few more minutes of waiting was all that would be necassary.

She heard the creaking of the entrance door which was accompanied by the sound of footsteps. "She is here..." She said quietly to herself. She waited until the girl was in sight. She has never seen her in person, but she knew that this, this was Inari. The description of her smooth unblemished tan skin, the piercing eyes, and voluptious body. There was no mistaking that this was her. Lilith remained quiet letting the shinobi take in her surroundings. She also wanted to see how she would act, and what she would say. Inari had come, just as Lilith was told that she would. A smile grew on her face as the girl looked at her appearance. If she hadn't already known where she was, she sure would now. The clouds would give that away. She slowly stood up as the girl took a step closer. Lilith in this form, her human form was a petite girl. No taller than 5'2", and slender, though the cloak hid her body structure. Lilith was considerably shorter than the girl, but if Inari was smart she wouldn't judge the demon's size. That would be a mistake... Lilith had many options on how to react, or go from here. She would keep it simple though. "I know who you are Inari Amarante, Heroine of the mist. I've been watching you for some time now. You kept me waiting." She said the last part of her sentence with a cold tone, but the smile that was on her face showed that she wasn't upset to wait, more so anxious to finally meet her. Perhaps there was a future here.

"So... you wish to join Akatsuki?" She said a small laugh following the sentence as she slowly began to pace around the girl, like a wolf would when it had its prey right where it wanted it. She seemed to have a small collection of blades forming. Lilith already knew she would give the girl a chance to prove herself. Perhaps on this upcoming mission. It would serve as a good test to see if she had what it took to be Akatsuki. "Tell me Inari, why do you wish to join Akatsuki? And why should I give you a chance? I'm not sure if you have what it takes.... Do you think you could prove to me that you can make it as one of us?" She said as she stopped her circle standing right in front of Inari. She lowered her hood to reveal her ashy gray skin, and long ebony hair. She looked up making eye contact with Inari. Lilith had no expression on her face, just a cold stare, her eyes emotionless. She stared at Inari to watch her facial expression, to see how she would react. Lilith was most curious about her, and ready to study her. It would also help her in her decision to see if she could be Akatsuki.

╚══════════════╝

“I want to join the Akatsuki for two reasons.” As the woman paced around her she didn’t move or even turn her head, she kept her eyes forward, “The first reason is because I believe in what Lord Pain had said about bringing peace to the world of the Ninja when the Akatsuki were first created. It had been my understanding that this organization was the only one with the motivation and power to do something like that.” After she finished that sentence she turned her head to look, the woman was much smaller than her, but she knew in the world of ninja size wasn’t a big factor. Smaller ninjas were faster and used that to their advantage. The way she spoke with such diverse tones and class indicated a high level of intelligence or experience, either was Inari was impressed so far. She carried on with her explanation “The second reason is because my father Kazama was an Akatsuki, I wish to follow in his footsteps, just as he wished to do. But that’s a more personal reason, pardon me.” She began to walk around the room, looking at everything on the walls and everything that entailed the room. It was amazing that she was really here.

Had all of this really been happening, she had found the Akatsuki on a chance effort. Within the last day or so she had fought a lightning monster, who gave her a square sheath filled with seven swords she had no idea how to use effectively all at once. She would practice with them of course but for the time being had no idea how anyone could wield a set of blades like this effectively. Either way she knew the best way to learn a new fighting style was to get out there and fight with it. She had been partnered with this mysterious woman who she had hardly known. But the value of a partner was much more valuable than the value of a friend, they would watch your back and make sure you didn’t die because if you die, they die. Now Inari was to be paired with this Lilith woman who she had known really nothing about. The fact that she had been invited to join this organization that she held in such high regards was amazing to her. It had been all she wanted since her departure from the Shinobi academy what seemed like years ago. No matter how long ago it was, no matter who she had left behind on the way she was now a missing nin, scum of the ninja world. She knew about the KOS order and the bingo book, which if she lived long enough she would eventually find herself in. But she trusted that Lilith wouldn’t let something like that happen. “Of course I wish to join the Akatsuki, I would like for nothing more, I am an accomplished mind, with limitless potential as a combatant, my close range combat is thus far unmatched. I would be an excellent asset to the Akatsuki. All I ask if for a chance to show you.”

Her wounds from her previous battle were acting up again, she began to bleed from her injured arm, grabbing it with her good hand. Gritting her teeth she chuckled to herself and realized the good fortune of finding herself here. The pain had reminded her to ask this woman about the seal on her shoulder, perhaps she would know something about it. The seal obviously had negative draws on it, perhaps they would even have a library bigger than her one at home that was full of forbidden and secret Akatsuki knowledge. It was like her entire world had opened up before her anew, it was more exciting than leaving to the Shinobi Academy, her mother had made her go to that, but now this was her choice, the Akatsuki was her choice and she was happy she made it so far. Inari was eager to do work for the Organization, it was shaping up to sound like quite the fun job so far. She really couldn’t wait to get out there and wreck some havoc in the name of the Akatsuki, she realized that they held the same ideals as her. It appeared that she would fit right in with Lilith, and the other Akatsuki, wherever they may be, “May I ask where the others are? The other Akatsuki I mean… surely this isn’t all of them? Or is it just you and I?” Either way she didn’t really care, it would just be another thing they had to bring up to power, like her last name or her own power, just the next tier of greatness that would need to be realized. For whatever it was worth however, she was eager to begin her new life, whether it involve just Lilith and her running things for the entire organization, or if there was millions of them. Remembering again the pain in her shoulder she continued to ask questions, not knowing if they were good or foolish things to ask, “I also have to ask you… What do you know about this Seal?” Pulling down the shoulder of her shirt she simply pointed to it, continuing to look around and not even stopping her walk, she pointed at it with the same hand that pulled it down. Tapping it she noticed no pain from physically touching it, it only flared up when she used a jutsu, it must have had a direct correlation to her chakra use. Either way she had hoped that Lilith knew something about it. She remained calm and collected the entire time, she wouldn’t be worrying too much about other aspects of her life right now. The situation before her, the Akatsuki and this woman, both of them were important to her at this moment, they would decide her future, this woman was in control of Inari’s future, and she wished nothing more than for her to accept Inari at least as a trainee for now. But she would never lower herself to such standards personally. She would remain prideful and honorable, “So I ask you, what is it you would have me do.” She would do anything to join the organization even if it involved killing, killing based on orders was important to ninjas and assassins were amongst the most revered type of ninja. Perhaps the Akatsuki were informant brokers, she was excited to see what she had to do.

So Inari truly wanted this. She wanted nothing more than to become a member of the Akatsuki. Her two reasons, though so very different than Lilith's were still great motivational reasons. Inari spoke of the shinobi Pain and his ideals. They were quite different than Lilith's, which was odd since she was a member of the Akatsuki. Lilith wanted to watch things burn. her motivation was simple, she wanted power. She wanted to be a part of power, and she would fight for the Akatsuki, regardless of their ideals. She did what she was told in that sense. But she always enjoyed doing it. The second reason, her father was once a member. Ah the lineage, following the footsteps of her father. Lilith new at that moment that Inari wouldn't let her down. Because it was for herself, and her father more than anything. This would prove to be quite fun. The test would be easy. Lilith has been presented with a mission. There were two villages that needed to be leveled, and if Inari could handle killing other shinobi, murdering any in their path then she would be in. Let's see if the girl could handle such a task.

"I see..." That is all she said in response to Inari's reasons. Lilith appreciated the enthusiasm, and the sincerity of her reasons but she didn't show it with her response. "I can tell that you truly want this. And do not worry my dear, your chance will come soon. I look forward to seeing what you can do." Lilith said as she watched Inari walk away from her. Inari seemed quite interested with the things that were in the room. This would more than likely become Inari's new home. She would have to learn this place, feel comfortable here. They would be spending a lot of time here when they weren't on their missions. As Inari scouted the room Lilith took this opportunity to grab Inari a few things that she would need, if she was going to be an Akatsuki member. Though these weren't hers just quite yet. She would have to earn them in order to keep them. For now she would just be borrowing them. Lilith walked towards the chair that she was sitting in when the girl first entered the room and reached out towards the table that sat next to it. On top of the table sat a folded robe, almost identical to the one Lilith wore, the only difference is the one on the table had no hood. A high collar was crafted in to the robe instead. She grabbed the robe with her right hand, and the headband that rested underneath it with her left. The head band's cloth fell and dangled loosly from either side of her palm. She turned to face Inari holding the two items in her hand. But before she could present her with these two marks of the Akatsuki, Inari had a question for Lilith.

"The others? Well...." She paused for a moment her eyes wandering from Inari up to the ceiling and then back up to the Inari once again. "There is only one other member currently. She is the one who brought me in. Otherwise, I am the only other member. We are working on bringing power back to this organization. And that starts today." She grinned after she spoke taking a step towards Inari. It was time to present her with the cloak and headband. But once again, before she had the opportunity to give her the items she was interrupted by another question from Inari. Lilith was slightly agitated, but this question was worth the interruption. A seal? A mark on her body. Well now, Lilith was excited to take a look. Inari revealed the mark by moving her shirt away and Lilith stared at it. "My..." She said as soon as her eyes landed upon the mark. She hasn't seen one quite like this but she has seen something similar. She took a few steps closer to get a good look at the mark.

"That is a curse mark." Lilith said confidently. She has placed curses on people, and has left marks similar to that, but nothing quite as complex. She didn't know what it could do, or what power or terrible effect it could have on Inari, but it was undoubtley a curse mark. "I wish I could help tell you more about it, but I am not well versed in something as complex as that. The curses I place on people aren't as complex, and the mark left on their skin isn't quite as beautiful as that. Perhaps you can find some answers in our library. I am more than certain someone has placed history down on the mark that you possess." Lilith really wanted to reach out and touch the mark, but her hands were full at the moment. Maybe now was the time to give Inari the headband and cloak. She reached both of her arms out, extending the two items to her. "Here take these. You will need them for where we are going. You say you want to prove yourself? Well my dear, you will have the perfect opportunity to do so. I have been given an assignment... There are two towns that need to be taken care of. Hidden Aviation being the first one. Put these on and join me in the festivities. I will be able to get a great look at what you can do when we get there. This will be your test to see if you have what it takes to become a member of the Akatsuki." Lilith let the cloak and headband go and took a step back. She would wait to see if Inari was ready to go to the villages. It was time to take action. Lilith was excited to see how Inari can fight, and she was even more excited to fight with a partner. It would be a first for Lilith. Lilith turned her back to Inari letting her get ready and prepped to move to hidden aviation. While Inari got ready, Lilith walked back to the table, the one that the robe and headband rested on and grabbed the ring that may eventually belong to Inari. That would be her prize if she passed the test Lilith had for her. She slipped the ring in to the pocket of her robe and turned around to face Inari once again. She pulled the hood of her robe up veiling her face once more, just the blue lips showing from underneath the shadows.

╚══════════════╝

Placed in front of her was the blessing of the Akatsuki woman to join her on a mission as her partner, along with that were the very symbols of the Akatsuki organization. The headband with the Kirigakure symbol stricken out with a horizontal slash in between it, and the cloak, the high necked cloak the same style as her father wore, not much difference from the one the other woman had worn, with the exception of hers having a hood and Inari’s going high up the neck in a large round collar. Listening to the woman speak of how she was one of the only members left really brought sorrow into Inari’s heart, she felt genuinely bad for the Akatsuki, that they had been wiped out and dropped down to two members. Nodding in agreement as she talked about them rebuilding their power she could only help but think that she was trying to do the exact same thing to her own name and self, her and the Akatsuki as an organization were very similar. Perhaps there was two sides to the organization and Lilith didn’t fight for the same honor and renown that Inari fought for, either way they were partners. They fought for the same cause and it didn’t matter what they fought for, they fought together. Taking her top off right there as the woman was behind her talking about her Curse Mark she retied the bandage on her arm and wrapped a piece of cloth around her breasts to keep them from moving around too much, a makeshift bra for the time being, as she never wore one in her old outfit. Taking the cloak and looking at it she rubbed the chest slowly, feeling the strength of the fabric, the clothing itself exuding powerful chakra forces. Sliding it on over her body she stretched in it, admiring the flexibility and space in the roomy garb. Retying the swords to her waist she tightened the knot in the front, no longer feeling the stomach pain of the nausea.

Moving around now she reached behind her and ran her fingers through the three swords on her left side, her weaker side. She too was getting used to this variety of choices in sword, they were all the same but they gave so much versatility in choice. As Lilith continued talking about two villages that needed, ‘taking care of’ Inari could only assume that they were opposing the Akatsuki and needed to be taken down a peg. It was an order that was given to her, and as her partner Inari would be glad to tag along and see how the Akatsuki did things. “Right, when can we leave for the Hidden Aviation village, I’m looking forward to working with you. My name is Amarante, but you know that already.” She introduced herself formally to the woman, going by Amarante now instead of Inari, it was her new life in the Akatsuki that would change her, she didn’t care if anyone knew her first name. To her, it was her surname that was really important to her. Her mind suddenly snapped back towards the Seal, she was appreciative that the woman was allowing her use of the library and she hadn’t even properly thanked her. If this place had a library though that contained knowledge like that the compound must have been must bigger than what Inari saw coming into the small room filled with just some decoration and a few chairs. ‘Not like they have anyone to impress anyways…’ she was saddened that she thought that. “I want to help build the Akatsuki up with you. We will strike fear into all who oppose us, and the world shall know and fear the name … Akatsuki.” She waved her arm out in a large arc for show, she stopped and looked the smaller woman, nodding her head again she smiled, “Ready when you are.”

Inari was about to embark on her first ever mission as an Akatsuki, as she stood there waiting for a response she took the headband and draped it over her neck, tying it behind her neck and letting it hand down just under the collar of the jacket. It could still be seen from certain angles but was hidden from a main frontal view, her height added to that difficulty of vision. Again reaching behind her with her weakened left arm she gripped the hilt of one of the swords, running her hands again along the seven handles. She was trying to make herself as familiar as she could with the weapons. She would need them if things got out of hand. Taking care of a village wouldn’t be as easy as it sounded that’s for sure. Waiting for Lilith to lead the way Inari was eager to show the Akatsuki just what she had to offer the great organization.

The Six Paths of Pain
╚══════════════╝

Deep in the Akatsuki Headquarters a powerful chakra exuded from a sealed chamber. Inside the cavernous room the King of Hell was emanating massive amounts of chakra with the finishing of a powerful restoration attempt years in the making. Since their deaths, the King of Hell had been working around the clock to restore his former master. Nagato had set the jutsu up sometime after Pain's defeat. Their return was immanent, with the knowledge they had all gained since being defeated by Naruto ages ago, they would be more intelligent and powerful than they had ever been, through raw experience against Naruto they gained powerful knowledge.

The room was sealed by a powerful seal that would render it invisible to all but the most talented sensor ninjas, ones who could enter this deep into the Akatsuki hideout at that. The jutsu had all been set up for the return of Pain a number of years after Naruto had fallen from his grace and the creator of the Akatsuki would have no enemy formidable enough to stop them. One of the robed paths was the first to exit the King of Hell's mouth. Opening his eyes to reveal his Rinnegan eyes he grinned, "Kuchiyose no Jutsu!" The other paths of Pain appeared around him, fully rejuvenated and revived from their defeat at the hands of Naruto Uzumaki. The Deva Path stepped ahead of the others, who all stood up and fell into line beside him, smiling he spoke words the world would eventually loath to hear, "Now the world shall know TRUE Pain!"

Amarante returned ahead of Lilith. She had taken a seperate route, despite the elder Akatsuki probably wanting to travel together. She made herself scare after leaving the Hidden Aviation village, she wasn't sure how much trouble she would have been in for disobeying the intended intent of her Senior partner. The battle had not gone their way however for whatever reason they had decided to retreat the feeling seemed to be mutual and Inari had fully intended to settle the score with that man sooner of later, it would only be a matter of time before she hunted him down. She had alot of things she wanted to do as a member of the Akatsuki that she would be otherwise unable to do as a regular citizen. Since she had returned she had been spending time down in the librarys of the hideout researching and getting to know the history of the Akatsuki a little more, well as much as she could. She was a quick learner and easily retained information.

She didn't even know if Lilith was back or if she had already gone on another mission, if she even knew Amarante was still there. Either way she was completely content with reading and studying up. This way she would have all of the knowledge as someone who had learned it through words and lessons. She was as adeptly prepared for a knowledge based Akatuski quiz at any moment in time. She was beginning to be able to sense the chakra of her surroundings. It felt incredibly dense in the lower regions of the base, enough so to frighten her from entering the lowest areas she could get to. She really didn't want to get into anything over her head. She hadn't been an agent of the Akatsuki for all that long and really didn't want to cause any trouble for herself or others.

Returning to the upper levels of the Hideout she had walked right past the chair Lilith was sitting on the first time they had met. Exiting the building she sighed as she looked up at the sun creeping through the trees above her. She hadn't been outside for quite some time. Feeling the ground moving below her she knew there was an incredible amount of chakra below her in the hideout. She hadn't noticed it the first time she was here and perhaps it was always like this, she was curious as to what it was and would definitely be able to have her questions answered when she was reunited with Lilith. She had a couple of questions of her own as well, some of which included the fact she hadn't been presented with a ring as of yet, one of the main symbols of the Akatsuki. She had cast aside her past and standing as a ninja that could function in society. She was a rouge ninja, a missing nin, most likely listed as a vigilante. She had felt cheated by the world, and was now feeling like they were not giving her the full respect as a ninja. She would have no problem taking down anyone who got in her way. Her swords on her back and her future ahead of her, she could only grow from here.

Amarante has been mulling around the Akatsuki Headquarters for quite some time now, the outside world could have been destroyed and she wouldn’t have even noticed. To her dismay her partner still hadn’t returned yet, a troubling thought that such a strong ninja could be injured to the point where she couldn’t get back to the headquarters. She had read of a Summoning Jutsu technique that would allow her to summon her Akatsuki partner from wherever they were, which would be handy in emergencies, not that Amarante was really too concerned with learning Jutsu like Summoning Jutsu and other similar abilities, she preferred to fight on her own nowadays, if Lilith was there she preferred to split up and handle two targets.

Having the time to think Inari realized what it was she had to do to progress her training further with the defeat of strong ninja. Without the Akatsuki giving her any missions while she sat around the Headquarters for months she decided to set up her own mission as she wasn’t strong enough to handle any of the general missions for the Organization on her own yet. She hardly had time for trifle matters of sitting around and studying, she was also aware of the Ring that was withheld by Lilith, who was supposed to give it to her when she joined. She imagined that her senior wanted to test her before officially making her a part of the Organization and they hadn’t really done anything exceptional so she really didn’t mind. She had made of list of personal targets she would use to train with, as long as she didn’t have any other assignments given to her the Organization wouldn’t mind. Her list of personal targets was a list comprised of her former friends and people she traveled with, she needed to make sure that she wouldn’t be hunted by people who pretended to be there for her, namely the person who had driven her to be a part of the Akatsuki organization. Looking at the list she didn’t crack a smile or make any difference in her facial expression, this was a mission to her and she wouldn’t stop until she had finished everyone who posed a threat to her as a missing nin. If nobody who knew her was alive, she wouldn’t be hunted by anyone.

She had realized that he grew quickly and had increased his power immensely in just the time she had known him. He probably still had her sword, which she didn’t care for back as she had her own set of powerful weapons which she had found a way to really master and use to the fullest extent, training in the method of using all seven blades at the same time, a very difficult and unique fighting style that emulated the first user of the Swords style, a Hidden Cloud Jinchuriki. She was sure that she wouldn’t be able to be defeated by anyone the likes of her former friends she was an akatsuki now, a group of ninja revered for their threat in battle on their own, and more so with their partners. Her curse mark no longer hurt her when she used jutsu, it was docile now, and she realized what she had to do to grow it to its second stage, by defeating another curse mark user. Which would take some work to find but she was sure she could accomplish it, and increase her power tenfold. She checked her equipment and made her way out of the headquarters, she would begin a personal vendetta, something that she never thought she would be doing a year ago. Leaving the Headquarters she set out back into the world of the Shinobi to hunt down the people who had betrayed her long ago. Her first target, Adell Temuri.

The figure in the cloud robes walked towards the Akatsuki headquarters. If view from behind all they would be able to see is a short girl dressed up in the famous Akatsuki robe, and the back of a matching umbrella black and red. Her favorite colors. It has been so long since she has been home. A lot has changed, at least for her. The curse that Loki left her has been removed. She was no longer cursed to look like a stone figure. No more cracking skin, she looked like a normal person once again. She slowly approached the doorway and stopped before it tilting her head up, moving her umbrella slightly so she could see above her. She took a deep breath and let out a small sigh. She couldn't help but wonder what became of her partner Inari. What a terrible leader she was. She whisked her away from the village Lilith sentenced to damnation, but they became separated along the way. Obviously it shouldn't have taken so long for Lilith to make her way back to the headquarters, but she to say the least was distracted, and took a detour. That detour was rather important though. Thanks to that detour, she was able to break the curse that was placed on her. It was most certainly tedious, and very time consuming. But it was worth it. She has never felt better, never felt more powerful. It was like Loki's curse was slowing her down, but upon breaking the curse she developed a few new tricks. They would most definitely come in handy. But it was time to enter the only place she felt at home. Hopefully Inari would be inside. She hoped nothing bad happened to her partner while she was gone. It would sure be a shame.

Lilith entered the dark HQ and walked through the halls. Silence, it was always quiet here. It was something she actually enjoyed about this place. She twirled her umbrella as she entered the main lobby of the HQ. It appeared no one was there. When she first joined Akatsuki there were few to no members. The once powerful and proud organization was most definitely at a low point. Inari showed promise, but Lilith may have ruined bringing in a strong loyal member. It was a shame and a mistake she won't make again. She reached in to her robe's pocket and pulled out a ring. She held it in between her pointer finger and thumb. She admired it for a moment giving it a small grin. She let out a soft brief laugh before placing it on the table. "Inari, I believe you earned this. I hope that you find this one day...." She placed a piece of the scroll on the table next to it and wrote Inari a little note and placed the ring on top of it. (PM being sent to Arc_Knight)

She pushed the note and ring to the center of the table and walked away from the lobby heading towards her quarters. Her room was quite baron. There was a bed, which she never used, a small lamp, and the sword. That's what she came in the room for. The sword that Jono gave her before he died. The sword that saved her life and helped her kill Loki. She picked it up and tied it around her waist. She told Jono she would keep it safe for him. What safer place then strapped to a demon's body. She tried many times after the battle with Loki to harness it's power, but she was unsuccessful. Looked like it was a one-time use for her. She turned on her heel and exited her quarters, and entered the lobby again. She stood there briefly before walking towards the exit of the Akatsuki HQ. She wasn't going to stay locked up or away from the Shinobi world any more. She wanted to help restore Akatsuki's power. She would recruit, and show the world that the Akatsuki was not finished quite yet.
