Ravenfang looked down at the smaller cat and got a very evil idea. "Race ya to the other side of camp!" She mewed and kicked some snow into Moonkit's face as she ran to the other side.

((WOO ONE day and Moonkit's got a mentor, airpaw doesn't have a mentor, Pebblefoot's a medicine cat... or not... a medicine cat yet... and Riverclan has more apprentices than warriors? O_o i wasn't aware of that... ok well anyway... ok Ravenfang will be Moonkit's mentor... that's cool with me....the whole medicine cat thing... i know that's what it said in the profile but i think i said in one of my posts when i was introducing her that i was going to have her be a warrior first because that had been one of Riverclan's problems in the roleplay that there was no Riverclan Medicine cat. So i think you're right dragondancer i'll just do it the way i was planning...but i'll do something about Rainfur too... i won't leave him hanging... i guess for now we can just pretend Pebblefoot has kinda just always been the unofficial medicine cat of Riverclan and now Torrentstar's gonna make her an official one. Oh and about Airpaw.... Rainfur, Silvertail, Sunfeather, Hawkfire, Crystaleye, Icetail, Beesting [although bridge is innactive] and Dampfoot are all free to have apprentices... you just take your pick mewpunchiko and let me know who'll take Airpaw. WOO finally! ok...))
Torrentstar gazed around the camp. It was only halfway cleared but it wasn't a huge issue, the entrance to the dens were cleared so no cat would freeze. That was the biggest issue. Another was prey. He hoped that the hunting patrol had enough prey to suffice at least for the rest of the night. There was no telling what kind of day the next would be, althought Starpelt was shining brightly and the skies were clear so maybe it would be warmer tomorow. He padded over to a spot clear of snow towards the middle of the camp and sat down to rest his eyes breifly while he waited for the patrol to return.

Moonkit spat out the snow and began running. She had snow in her eyes and couldn't see very well, but she thought if she could run fast enough the snow would clear from her eyes. Eventually, the snow had melted and Moonkit could see Ravenfang just a few mouse-lengths infront of her. There was no way she could beat her, but she could atleast make it a challenge well-met. Moonkit began to sprint as hard as her little legs would allow, struggling for every breath as she ran.

Ravenfang was running at full speed. She may have been a warrior, but she was still small. She looked back and stuck her toungue out at Moonkit. She was around halfway through the camp when she felt something that wasn't snow beneath her paws.

Moonkit continued to run at top speed, but she was getting tired very quickly. Although she was loosing distance, she still ran hard. She was atleast going to put a good effort into it.

Crystaleye nodded, and shivered. She walked back to camp, carrying her kill. She didn't speak, her mind still on the WindClan cat. Appletail...She smiled, putitng her prey on the pile.
Owleye yawned, and went to sleep in the elder's den. She thought just before she went to sleep: Pebblefoot isn't really made to be a warrior. She is really more like a medicine cat.
