shaon looked up at him with hard eyes. "it deserves better than the life i can give it. if it's with me it's condemned. it already is, and it's my damn fault for tellign Altair and beign a stupid selfish b***h. it needs a mother and a father, not just a mother with a raked up past and a doomed future. i can't take care of it; i'd make things worse, i always do. i'm not cut out for this."

"Even with you as an uncle, they need a father...it's only fair. they need an example...even if i deserve better, i've screwed up and will no doubt continue. they deserve the best. something i cannot offer."

Yori got up and gripped one of his daggers. "Stay quiet." He commanded Shaon as he slowly walked to the door and looked through the eye hole. "It's Jack he told her as he opened the door. "What do you want." He asked him.

Jack ignored Yori and walked into the house and in Shaons room. "Good to see that you're still alive." He told Shaon in his strong voice. "I had been informed that Altair is aware of your... condition." He told her as he looked at her with his strong golden eyes.

Shaon immediately felt threatened by the way he walked in and the tone of voice. it was to dominant. she didn't like it. she looked to Yorii fleetingly, hoping he was smart enough to at least stand closer to her than this perspn; Jack, whoever he was. "He is." she said indifferently.
