he looked over at the pair from earlier and said with a smile and happy look on his face "nah i think ill keep mine."

Sparky jumped on to Nali's shoulder "chu, chu, pichu!" he siad as the sparks came from his cheeks "yah, you tell them Sparky! no way i'm losing these two!"
(Sparky: no way, i'm staying with Nali!)

"Duh," muttered Christie, she knew just asking for them wouldn't work, "Then I guess we have to fight!" She said, acting to her fullest.

"see you two later" Nali said "i have a coordinator contest to be at in half an hour, and i don't intended to miss it" she and Sparky left on her bike

"Keep talking," Christie said, but in her mind was thinking, atta boy. Her hand roamed on her belt, any pokemon she used would be weak against Devon, only Ned's Venasaur would be strong. She glanced at him, she could also loose to Pichu with the same pokemon, "Onix!" She then looked at Ned, who nodded.
"Fearow!" He called out his pokemon and got on it, flying after Nali.

Nali kept peddling away as quick as she could. Sparky sat in the basket in the front of her bike and was watching the fearow closely. "Sparky, when i tell you to, use thunder shock, even though i'm here, just do it ok?" Nali whispered and Sparky nodded "good" Nali said as she kept peddling

he quickly threw one ball so it opened directly above fearow and the other opened in front of onix. out the first came Feraligator, who landed heavily on the fearow and brought it to the ground. and out of the other came Blastoise who quickly levled his cannons at the Onix, ready to fire.

jay stayed right where he was when everyone else went. "Ok, were going to have to make sure your alright" he said and thenlet wind out. "fallow them" he said and wind obeyed. "return flames" jay said and flames went into his pokeball. jay fell asleep but awoke when wind pecked him awake a couple of miutes later. "piggey" (back) wind said. "ok. return wind" jay said and wind went back into his pokeball and jay headed for the pokecenter and waited for nali inside.

Ned, who had been riding on Fearow, fell to the ground with a heavy thud, he got up, winded, "You okay Ned?" Christie asked with concern, but didn't take her eyes off of Devon.
"Yea, I'm fine," He wheezed and recalled his pokemon so that only Onix was standing. Christie called out Flareon as well.
"Flareon, fire spin, Onix, Tackle!" She commanded, knowing it was a really bad move.

"Sparky, jump onto the fin atop Onix's head, and use the strongest thunder shock you can!" Nali said after she rode back. Sparky went into battle adn was headed for the fin on Onix's head

he smiled his usual smile and just let his pokemon handle the rockets pokemon by themselves. Blastoise quickly levled his cannons and fired a hydro pump at Flareon. Feraligator then jumped to the side of Onix and shot a water gun while charging forward into a slash.

jay walked out just in time to see a fire flaring up. "looks like a battle" he said and started to walk towards it.
