Rajiko Encanto! Agh! So boring and the bass clarinet part sucks! Oh and I'll Paint You a Rainbow for choir. I'm sure with a good choir it'd be good but not for us. I agree with you Jin about the Paint you a rainbow. 3nodding

all of our pep band songs. we played the hell out of funky town, and honestly, who in the year 2006 wants to hear beach boys at a football game? stressed and don't get me started on the shrek songs we played the hell out of too...

I think Pomp and Circumstance should burn for eternity in hell. I hate all things Sousa (he is hopefully burning in hell right now). I also think that all the West Side Story music should be burnt too. I hated it!!! Perfidia is awesome though! I heart LOVED heart my part! Brazil is awesome too, so many high notes =).
And all concert marches should be burnt too. I play french horn and playing on the upbeats at 200 bpm isn't fun. I hate concert marches!!!!!!

Pomp and Circumstance (we spent an hour on the first 5 measures today cuz my BD has to have it perfect and tuba and baritone couldn't get their part right), and Persistence, it got annoying...it sounds kool, but we played it over and over again sweatdrop so um yea....and theres one more but i can't think of it xd

Also anything with the name "Disney Medley" or "Cartoon Carnival," or similar titles...20 million arrangements of the same stupid songs over and over again. They don't even pick the moderately ok songs from disney or cartoons. They always pick the stupid ones.

Our teacher finally took it off after months of begging him from all but 1 or 2 people in the band...
And, I am one of the only... Like 4 people in our class that dislike this Disney Arrangement...

froggyfluf i HATE the song Circus Bee. i had to transpose it to play it, AND THE WHOLE THING WAS OOM-PAS!!!!!! (as in rest-quarter-rest-quarter forever and ever) i was close to burning that song by the end of last year. I know this quote was on the first page but I don't care...I FREAKIN LOVE THAT SONG! But of course, I play on flute and we never have OOM-PAS.

Oh and I think my winterline music should DIE!!!!! it was freaking stupid. It was a combination of 5 Tears for Fears songs that my director totally killed!!! And we did actually burn Glider, his show last year that we used for a warm up. ^.^
The songs Joy and Joy Revisited should die. They're way too repetitive and insanely too easy for me to play....its like something I would have played in middle school! They're so awful it hurts me physically when I hear them. So does Tricycle, and Praire Songs. They both suck! gonk gonk
