Kaijin looked at Zetsu. Over the short time she knew these two, she had grown a liking to both."I..I cant...there was no one..they were all...dead...and..Itachi..the akatsuki...they helped me.." Kaijin stuttered out..."I...cant..betray them...but"She said backing away a little,"I dont want to betray you either.

"How is it betraying them? The helped you out once, and I don't doubt that you've paid them back more than enough. If you want to leave, then leave. If you want to stay, then stay. But whatever you choose to do, do it because you want to do it. Not because of a sense that you owe anyone." Zetsu continued, his voice soft and gentle. In all honesty he knew that if Kyuubii hadn't harassed him about this earilier he'd have come in here and started the fight immedatily. But now that alot of his angry was gone, he was glad he was getting a chance to try and solve this without bloodshed. He couldn't deny it, he still considered Kaijin his friend.

Kaijin, as much as she didnt want to, began to cry. "I dont understand why you want to help me....IM a monster..." she said gripping her kunai tightly.

"You're not a monster, Kaijin. You're probably one of the most amazing ninjas I've ever met. And you're our friend we want to help you. We want to see you happy." and I can't believe I just said that. Zetsu said in the same tone, taking a small step forward towards the crying girl.

She flinched backwards,"I killed my entire family and all of my friends Zetsu!!!! what kind of human would do that!!! I dont want to hurt you too!!" she yelled out.
"She has a chakra called Berzerker" Kyuubi said from behind,"and some friends they are, they took off without you, they knew you were a gonner" he said laughing a little.

Zetsu jumped half turning. Curse that fox and his ability to sneak up on him. Berzerker? Zetsu metnally wondered as he turned his attentiom back to Kaijin. "I doubt highly that you really meant to do it. And the only way you're gunna hurt me is if I'm dozing off with tracking people again." Zetsu went on, taking another step towards her.

"They left me?!" Kaijin said, her attention turning to Kyuubi.
"Yup, I kicked em round a bit and they gave up and ran"
(( which is the truth)) Kyuubi said in a matter of fact tone.
Kaijin looked down then dropped to her knees, dropping her kunai. Shock spread across her eyes mixed with light tears.

"Kaijin." Zetsu moved completely over to her now, kneeling down in front of her. "It's ok, you've still got somewhere to go. You know that. Come with us." He said placing a light hand on her shoulder lest she reacted badly to that.

"She's taking this hard isnt she" Kyuubi said harshly.

"Kyuubii." Zetsu said, daring to give him a half glare his expression saying 'give her a break'. "Who promised you?" He asked his voice going back to its softer tone.

"He promised that he wouldn't leave you?" Zetsu said, resisting the urge to smack Kyuubii in the shin. Sometimes it was hard not to think of him as just another ninja, instead of the legendary nine tailed fox.

"I don't know what to tell you Kaijin. I've never heard anything good about the guy. I don't know what he was like with you. To give him the benafit of the doubt, maybe he thought you'd already finished us off and were right behind them. Or something like that." Zetsu said still resisting that urge.
