groaning, aki began to slowly come to. his eyes flickered open briefly, then he closed them, and growled, "leave me... alone... just... let me... die...." in a morbid and depressed tone.

Blinking, the doctor looked at Aki, then at Tait. "You were saying?" He asked skeptically. Gaping, Tait said "H-HE WASN'T LIKE THIS EARLIER,OKAY?!" Jumping, his hair standing on end. He reminded the doctor thoroughly of a cat in an offensive, defensive position.

Moving quickly, Tait smacked James' hand away, looking as though he didn't know what was what anymore. He had a cold sweat, and a wild look in his eyes. "No...No!" He said, putting a hand to his head. "She ain't dead...She ain't dead!" He yelled at James in a rage. "I didn't kill her! I DIDN'T!"
Taken aback, he gulped....."I....I gotta go!" He said quickly, running for the door, and out into the hallway, not stopping. "Stupid! STUPID!" He hissed.

"Well," Erik started. "We know someone has issues..."
"Erik," James turned around. "Shut up."
"Okay I'm just sayin'..."
"Well, just keep your mouth shut for once." James turned around facing Aki. He was seriously worried for his friend.

staring at the wall, aki slowly closed his eyes. then, throwing off his covers, he mumbled, "i've gotta go..." and headed out the door. i need to make sure tait's okay, even if this is stupid and knocks me out... he could hear tait's hisses of 'stupid' off in one direction and headed towards that.

After Aki hurried off, completely worrying the doctor, James figured he'd just go back to his room. Besides it was akward enough with Erik around when there were others...
He walked down the hall, hearing Erik's footsteps behind him. James tried to hurry faster without it being to noticable. But Erik's footsteps sped up too so it obviously wasn't very subtle.
James reached his room and pushed the door open. Then he closed it and locked it behind him. Sammy wasn't there, luckily. He felt like having some time to himself.
He heard a knock the door. He knew it was Erik, after all he'd heard it almost everynight last year.
"James, you can't run from me forever!" He heard Erik shout. "Please, open the door." This reminded James of all the times the two had got into 'lovers quarrels'. Sighing, he turned around and opened the door.
"Hmm?" James inquisted. He didn't want to show to much intrest in whatever Erik wanted. He'd decided he was finished with him long ago.
"Can we talk?" the emo(licious!) boy asked softly.
"There's nothing to talk about."
"Yes there is." He persisted. "Us." Erik took hold of James' hand. "I don't want things between us to be akward. I want your fogivness too. I feel horrible about what I've done to you. I just want you back."
"Well..." James hesitated. The one he loved had hurt him. Now the one he'd sworn to never for was wanting him back. What is a boy to do?

Running as fast as he could, he was outside now. It was raining again. "Crap!" He hissed. Going towards his 'sanctuary' which was actually his bush, it started to rain harder. Gasping, his eyes shot open as a root hooked under his ankle from the tree he was passing, causing him to fall, crashing tot he ground, his ankle twisting. Yelling, he rolling, now soaking wet. Curling up, he shut his eyes tightly, making pain filled noises. Looking up, he shuddered. " It was just like today..." He said in a choked voice. "Just like today." Sobbing, he put a hand over his eyes. Crying out like a child, he could not be quieted. "I'm sorry....I'm so sorry!"

stumbling outside, aki felt the rain pouring back down over his very ill head. "crap..." he muttered as goosebumps rampaged his body. he could hear sobs off in a direction, and faintly, 'i'm so sorry'.... "tait?" he said, the first word that day that hadn't been muffled with illness. he straightened up and ignored the screaming pain in his body. "where is he?!" he ran. he ran towards the noise, and found him, curled in a ball, where he'd found him sleeping earlier. "tait!!" he bent down, ignoring the pain still, ignoring everything, and grabbed him, and pulled him against him, and held his head against his chest and pulled him closer, as close as he could, and yelled as the rain continued down, "i don't care if you push me away, tait! i care about you, okay?!! i'm right here, tait!! don't worry, i'm right here, i'm not going anywhere, it's all going to be okay... it's okay, tait... everything is okay... everything's okay... don't push me away, tait... let me help you, let me in, i swear it'll be okay, i swear over my own dead body it'll be okay...." he held him as tight as he could, and couldn't think of any other words to express to him his concern, his emotions, his feelings.... "hang in there, tait....." he whispered, slowly rocking back and forth.

To his relief, James let him in. He noticed room was just like any other, except Erik noticed his loves roommate was extremely messy.
"Thanks." Erik muttered gratefully to him.
"So what is it exaclty you wanted to talk about?" James asked.
"I told off Kaoru today." Erik started.
"So?" James stared angrily. Why had he let the emo in at all? He was just mking stupid small talk.
"So," he said. "I stood up for us. I'm so sorry, James." Erik grabbed the others right hand with his left. "Really I mean it." He stepped closer so their chests were almost touching. "I love you still. I said I would forever. Remember?"
"...Yeah..." James looked down akwardly, his blush hidden by his long hair. Erik lift his face to meet his.
"So we can be together now." Erik smiled. "Isn't that what you wanted?"
"I don't know, Erik. You betrayed me." James glared feircly. "Seeing you again... it's going to take me some times to forgive you." He said more calmly. Erik kissed him softly.
"I can wait for you." Erik sighed. James nodded, letting the emo know he'd accepted everything he said.
But they were interupted before anything else could happen.
"James are you here?" Sammy opened the door, without looking around the dark room first. "Oh." Sammy blushed when he saw the two boys holding hands. "Umm, sorry." The freshman went over to his bed and set his books down.
"Sammy." James let go of his ex. "This is Erik." He gestured.
"Nice to meet you!" Sammy brightened instantly holding out is hand. "I'm Sammy!" Erik looked at the hand and frowned.
"I see I have some competition." Erik looked at James with his hurt look.
"No, no." James blushed as Sammy stood cluelessly. "Sammy is my roommate. Only my roommate."
"Yeah." Erik started to leave. "So was I. Last year." Erik closed the door behind, trying not to slam it. He was halfway down the hall thinking, I am such a fool.
