Mastema, KB, Tegral (sorta), D, Xol, Focht (not a whole lot), Zero (sorta), who else?
Active Felame RPers:
Kai, Nana, Heswina (for a time), Kuro (though lack of partner likely limits this), Hashii, who else?
I see a 7:5 men vs women. A larger ratio, to be sure, but not much larger or much greater than that. Maybe if it was say a 3:1 ratio, maybe.

Demir, Tyrsais (who is alive), Gankutsuou, Cole, Zelyhon, Tactics, Krono (if he becomes more active), ZavierTrist (if he also becomes more active). Do people's multiple avies count? There are several male avies that D and Twi have if they count.

I already counted Krono, and Taco doesn't count. Who's Demir and Gankutsuou? ZavieTrist hasn't even interacted with anyone that I've seen, and Zelyhon...I thought he was poof when D was gone.
