They're simpler ways to get to Griffin.
Like complimenting his mother or sister.
As for the Gala, as long as it doesn't involve destroying anything I don't mind. KB is dead enough to remain cool and casual in the face of anything TJ throws at him.

Apparently my method of dealing with people who don't meet my standards isn't appropriate. Aka wanting to kill off GMers ICly since I'm not a mod who can enforce the guild's rules.
TJ doesn't have the stones to do what I do, and doesn't trust me with the right power to do it.

Pathetic. I think you're overzeolousness, if I said that right, is making you misread my messages. I'm not threatening your membership; your own methods are. All I'm doing is trying to show you the flaws in YOUR methods as much as you and I may prod at other people. You and I both have this idea that we want the guild to be more elitist.... yes..... but my hope is that people can improve through learning what does and doesn't fit in the RP. Your idea is nothing more than 'let's get rid of the people who don't measure up.' Hell, even I don't measure up to my own standards in RPing, so I'm sane enough to know that going off on people to adapt or die isn't going to work. I'm hoping you can realize it too.
