Psychofish Someone could have misspelled Rieko's name four times somehow. He could be immune. Clearly that's a fake rule. In the first episode Light writes the one guy's name 27 different ways to make sure he has it right.

MIKAMI'S DEATH NOTE WRITING STYLE WAS SO MUCH BETTER.
It was like DBZ with a pen.

I remember the rule showing up late in the thing during the commercial break thingies. Don't remember that test. But it is true I don't remember that ever meaning anything during the show.
And Mikami was awesome.

I watched Death Note for Mikami.
Period.
That is the original reason I picked the show up.
I liked the soundtrack and art style after that.
I wish my favorite character had gotten more time, but what he got was epic.
