Jaden smiled at how far Dusk was setting himself out for his sake and took his wrist to get up. He was trying not to look at Myyth since he was still confused about his feelings toward her.

Myyth raised her one eyebrow at them both, but then shugged. Whatever it was would show itself if it was important. "Meeting was good. I'll need to get in touch wiht the hunters next, and bring them in. After that......" She shrugged again. "I really can't say. In anycase, we can go if you guys would like."

After heaving Jaden up onto his feet, he nodded back at Myyth again. "Of course, I promised you two sometime to yourselves right?" He grinned and crossed his arms. "Just let me know when you've gotten in touch with them..."

Jaden felt a blush rising in his cheeks at that thought. What were they going to do? Mate again? He felt giddy at that idea and realized that in truth he really did want to be with the attractive female. "Sounds good." he said walking over and slipping his hand around Myyths waist. "Thanks." The thing behind the door had gone silent.

"We can pop by that building they have down here now sometime later." She shook her head ruefully and started to walk down the alley with Jaden. "If it wasn't for the smell they might have even passed off the Security Services building for legit."

"Not me." Jaden said sounding very childlike. "I can smell them." He was happy to be moving with Myyth down the ally. "Want to go back to your apartment?"

Myyth gave Dusk a wave over her shoulder, and turned to nuzzle Jaden as they walked. "We should hit up the hunters first......." She raised an eyebrow and pulled away bit to walk backwards in front of him. "Although we could just drop by and leave a message." She said her tone decidedly playful.

"Message!" Jaden said enthusiastically, wagging his tail as he walked. "Don't like hanging around hunters much." He squeezed Myyths waist and pulled her against him. "Where are they anyway?"

Ghorkel walks out front, coming from the graveyard... not a lot of looks, seeing as most people pretty much see him as 'one of those strange Live-Action-Role-Play folks I've heard about'... He liked that thought, allowing people to think that to keep his identity a secret... 'sides, no one could see his face or feet, and he wore gloves, so he was pretty much safe.... looked like an overly dressed goth in brown, really.
He looked up at the name of the bar he was passing... 'Demonic Ties'. "Now ain't that a beautiful sight," he said aloud, walking in... he was short, but no one seemed to care.
He liked the place instantly. He didn't quite know of the bar's origins or owners, being a rather ignorant Speedfreak, and came in looking... pretty much human. His 'escape' and solitude at the Junkyard, and the mistreatment he suffered by his 'betters' in hell made him pretty much want to be left alone if it had anything to do with battle or risking his skin... he was an infiltrator, a thief, plain and simple.
He looked up at the bar, deciding not to get drunk tonight, headed to one of the tables, sitting down and smiling under his hood. "What a nice place..."

"About a block over this way........" Pulling Jaden along she turned out of the alley, and to walk down the street.

After a little while in here, Ghorkel slipped out with a kind wave to the people within... he'd be coming back here. "Nice place." He walked down the street, taking a note from his pocket... a listing of houses, with a few lines and exes on a for of the houses... he munched at an apple (which he paid for, surprisingly) while looking at it...
It was his list of houses he had stolen from in the past, over in the residential district... or houses he had marked as good targets. "Let's see here..." He closed his eyes and poked one, nodding. "This is the one, tonight... Sorry, chaps."

"Well, now that that's done, I've got things I need to take care of. Alexz, stay safe, be careful, and feel free to come here or to Midian if you need to." Neko said, waving to her vampire friend before heading out of the bar.

Chuckling, Dusk watched the two wander off around the corner before starting to make a move himself. He decided he wanted another aimless walk before he headed back, and started for the city.

((I don't know if I should have posted this in the Central Park area, but it ends up at the Bar in anycase, so I figured it was reasonable.))
Among the shadows Seph lurked in the Central Park, hiding amongst the trees, his body shaking with a craving thirst. He spotted a victim nearby walking through the park. Seph emerged from the shadows, revealing himself to the young victim, a young male. Seph was in the grip of remorseless appetite. And the victim knew it as soon as he laid eyes on Seph. In some wild and unreasoning way, he sensed it; and throwing him a malevolent glance, he ran for his life.
Immediatly Seph caught him. In fact, he enjoyed catching him, so simple it was. One instant he was willing himself to reach out and close the distance between them. The next he had him helplessly in his hands, holding him off the ground so that his feet swung free, straining to kick Seph.
He held him as easily as a powerful man might hold a child, that was the proportion. His victim's mind was a jumble of frantic thoughts, and he seemed unable to decide upon any course to save himself. But the faint humming of these thoughts was being obliterated. And his body was nothing but a writhing morsol of hot flesh an blood, that Seph must have or die without.
It horrified him that this food should be alive, that delicious blood should flow through these strangling arms and fingers, and then it seemed perfect that it should. He was what he was, an Seph was what he was, and he was going to feast upon him.
Seph pulled him to his lips. His heart was labouring and nearly bursting . He let his teeth clamp down on the wet leathery skin of his neck. The fountain opened; his life like a sewer. The blood hit the roof of his mouth. He gave a little cry as he crushed his victim against him, tasting of the luscious, thick human heart that pumped it, the very essence of that hot, smokey scent.
Seph could feel his shoulders rising, his fingers biting deeper in his flesh, and almost a humming sound rose out of him. It was with all of his will that he, before the final moment in which the heart of the victim stopped beating, he forced the victim from himself. How he wanted to feel his heart stop. How he wanted to feel the beats slow an cease and know that he possesed him. No sport. Too easy. No cunning. No malice. Crude as a lizard he had been, swallowing fly after fly
He slid heavily from Seph's arms, his limbs sprawling out on the ground, the whites of his eyes showing beneath his half closed eyelids. The blood warmed him. He felt it beating in his veins. His face was hot against the palms of his hands, and his vision had grown powerfully sharp. He felt strong beyond all imagining.
As he tumbled soudlessly from his grip, Seph was swimming in mammalian blood. Good enough.... He closed his eyes, letting the hot coil penetrate his intestines. In a daze, he saw him stumbling on his knees across the floor. So exquisitely clumsy. He jerked him back by his collar. His big empty eyes rolling into his head. Then he kicked at Seph, blindly, this bully. He lifted him to his hungry mouth again, fingers sliding through his hair, and felt him stiffen as if his fangs were dipped in poison.
Again the blood flooded his brain. He felt it electrify the tiny veins of his face. He felt it pulse even to his fingers, and a hot prickling warmth slid down his spine. Drought after drought filled him. Succulent, heavy creature. Then he let him go once more, and when he let him go this time, he went after him, dragging him across the floor, turning his face to him, then tossing him forward and letting him struggle again.
He was speaking to Seph now, in something that ought to be language, but it wasn't. He pushed at him but he could no longer see clearly. And for the first time a tragic dignity infused the man, a vague look of outrage, blind as he was. His fingers clawed at the instep of his boot. Seph lifted him up, and when he tore his thoat this time, the wound was too big. It was done.
He picked up the corpse and dragged it to a place where he thought no one would find it, and threw it aside, the body landing far out of sight, but not enough for an animal not to see the rotting body later as it decayed. A human would never find it.
It seemed like forever in his mind that, it took him so long to walked through the downtown area, cloaking his pale skin, and wearing his normal gloves that would cover his unusually long nails, that lokked somewhat like glass. A common trait for a vampire. He found himself nearing the place he was seeking from where he had come from. Seph walked over to a Bar building that looked rather dark, feeling stronger than before, placing his hand gently on the knob as he turned it and smiled before emerging from the door .
His dark figure, little known to the rest of the Haven, appeared through the door, as he gracefully walked with light feet over to the bar. His lengthy white hair, wavering in the breeze that followed him through the door.
