Michael smiled before striking up a conversation with Maddy. "So Captain any new developments from Team Flair?"
Caesar looked over at Rei and softly said. "I was surfing the web and saw a news article on Team Aqua. It mentioned a lot of the cool stuff they did and how they reformed after Archie was forced to step down. It sounded so cool I wanted to join. I sent in a request and the rest is history."

Maddy shook her head. "Nothing new, yet." She said. "I'm still reading through the files I stole from them."
To be honest, she was starting to get a little worried. Lysandre said he was ready to put his plan in motion but there had not been a sign of him for almost a week now.

Rei laughed at the young adult's response.
"Well, I'm glad we're in a positive light on the media," he said. "And who knows? If this collection of missions turns out the way I think it might, we may yet become part of history." His thoughts lingered on some of the more sinister legends concerning Yveltal.
"Or we might just die. Who knows?" Rei was only half-joking.

Caleb just walked along with the others. He didn't really have much to say really. He heard Rei talking about the mission. He didn't think much about it until dying was mentioned. That gave him a lot to think about now.

As the group headed on Michael stopped and thought about it for a moment, before saying. "How 'bought we take a quick break. There are some pokemon to battle or capture if you want y'all."
As Michael wandered through the area he was attacked by a Murkrow who swooped down at him. He quickly pulled off a pokeball and out popped Spike. Spike just looked at the bird and let out a thunderbolt. The attack hit the Murkrow but it tried to retailialiate with wing attack. The attack landed but Spike shook it off and launched another one. The attack hit and the bird hit the ground hard and out.

Caleb was more than eager to attempt catching a pokemon on this route. Another chance at Mightyena or Pawniard! Too good of an opportunity to pass up. He wasted no time in searching, and he reaped rewards not long after. Before him stood a Mightyena, snarling and looking more than ready to fight.
Caleb sent out his Trapinch to weaken it. Little did he know, that was probably a really bad idea. His Trapinch smelled the air. Clearly it had picked up a tasty scent, since it was starting to drool a bit. The Trapinch wiggled before rushing forward.
"Wai-" Caleb called out a bit too late. The Mightyena yelped as the Trapinch bit it. After shaking off Caleb's pokemon, the Mightyena fled the scene. Caleb stood there frowning as his Trapinch ate the berry it had found the Mightyena carrying.
"You just had to use Bug Bite..." he groaned before plopping down on the ground next to her.

The young Aquan and his Zubat held an uncomfortable silence after his last statement. It never occurred to Rei that other members of his team considered the precarious position they were in.
He decided to avoid the topic by diving headfirst into patches of tall grass until he found something of interest. After a few minutes of searching, Rei found what looked like a PokéBall.
"Huh. I didn't actually expect anything to come of this search," he stated, surprised. As he reached out for the ball, a Foongus looked up at him and glared.
"Oh. Well then." He pulled out a ball. "Menart, go on. He's all yours."
The Gible leaped from the ball and instantly dove underground, narrowly avoiding a spray of poisonous fumes. Rei was not so lucky; he was coughing and choking for the remainder of the battle.
"Be (cough) quick (cough cough), Menart." The Gible grabbed the Foongus from beneath and pulled it into the ground with him. Strange sounds were heard from the hole that the Gible made, and Rei smelled rotten eggs. Eventually, however, Gible surfaced with a defeated Foongus, looking like he had developed some sort of incurable disease in exchange.
"Er... Menart, you don't look too great right now," he admitted. Suppressing laughter, Rei recalled his Pokémon and joined back up with the group.
On his belt, a happy Inkay wiggled from within its PokéBall. Another experience point gained.

Michael returned to the others after his battle was over and said. "Ok Aquans let's head out." The rest of their journey went without any interruptions.
Caesar followed the others until he looked at his TADS for the time. Quickly realizing the time he mentioned he had to leave and with a few apologies he ran back for the house.

Rei shivered. The ice-cold caverns were not the refuge from the cold weather outside that he was looking forward to. His Zubat didn't mind too much, or at least didn't show it based off her endless swooping.
Maybe she just liked caverns.
The Aquan pulled his cloak tighter about himself and took out a drawing pad.
"Alright, Countess, you know the drill. Let's get the layout of this place, and be discreet, if you please. Last thing I want is a Beartic eating my face or something." She signaled her agreement and took point, Rei making a map of the place as he went.
He pulled out his scanner in the hopes of detecting something along the way, but the machine was as dead as the snowy floor.

Caleb just wandered around aimlessly, examining the formations of the cave. His Marshtomp gathered snow off the floor before throwing it at him.
"Wh-GAH!" Caleb cried out. He gave his Marshtomp a look before bending over to gather some snow in order to retaliate. Then he remembered that the other Team Aqua members were there. He straightened back up. Perhaps now wasn't the best time.

Maddy wasn't all too bothered by the cold, despite the fact that she wasn't wearing her coat today. She held up one of the scanners the group had brought along, but found it wasn't giving any readings.
"Were my leads wrong?" She muttered quietly to herself.
She had a sinking feeling in her stomach. She was glad their next mission was planned for tomorrow.

Rei spun around at the sound of his teammate, initially worried. Realizing that there was no danger, he relaxed. Hunching over to the ground, he gathered up snow and compacted it into a ball.
Caleb received another snowball, this one to the back.
A war was about to break out.

Michael wandered around the cave searching for anything, when a thought hit him. "Hey Captain, would Yveltol give off a signal? I mean it is the pokemon of Death?" He then looked at his pocket watch and realized the time, and said. "Sorry for draggin' y'all here for nothin' but it looks like nothin's here."

Maddy shook her head. "Yveltal may be the Pokemon of Death, but it is still a living creature."
She then sighed.
"My thoughts were correct. Yveltal is not here."
She wanted to ask where Yveltal could be, but she feared the answer. But, if Lysandre truly had the Legendary Pokemon, then why hadn't he acted yet?
She decided to remain silent and stood off to the side, her arms crossed. She tried to keep a smile on her face as she watched her teammates fool around in the snow, but the worry deep inside was difficult to hide.
