As Ali approached, she knew she was not alone, though she was a bit too lost in her thoughts to be truly attentive to her surroundings as she meditated. When she felt the touch of his cold hand on her shoulder, she reacted immediately. Opening her eyes, she moved swiftly, her hands easily able to grasp his arm as her feet made contact with the ground. Instinct of safety was all that was on her mind as she flung him over her head on the ground before her. When she saw she recognized him, her jaw fell slack and her eyes went wide with apology and a bit of worry. "Oh my goodness, Ali you should not be the sneak when I am meditating like that! Are you well?" she asked softly, seeming to be her usual self now that she had a moment to wake up, so to speak.

* Ali landed on his right hand and kept himself up by that alone, smiling at her and giving her a salute with his left hand. Getting to his feet afterwards.* A simply throw can't defeat me.

"That may be so .. but you are my friend, I do not wish to do such things to you unless we have both prepared before. It is .. only proper." she said softly, nodding her head and looking to him with wide eyes still, smiling. "I am pleased that you are just fine. I assume you wish to speak of something?" she asked, smiling sweetly and hoping that whatever he might want to speak of would be good news.

Just wanted your input in something.* Ali smiled at her as he rolled the left sleeve up, showing off the metal left arm. The real kicker though was that Ali wasn't in his battlebody, he had deliberatly operated the mechanical arm after cutting off the original arm.*

"Wh-what is this?" she asked softly, looking at the arm for a moment before touching gingerly, looking up to him with confusion. "You were damaged beyond repair?"

No, I deliberatly sawed off my arm and replaced it with the mechanical one I had on my battle body, Even upgraded the arm.* Ali grinned at her, sure it probably didn't look as good but hell, This arm was a far better left arm the the previous one. Had weaponry up to the wazzo so to speak.* Not too shabby ey?

"Wh .. why? I do not understand .." she said softly, looking tearful as she continued to examine the mechanical arm, moving upward along his arm to look at where it met his shoulder. "This is .. this is .. wrong .."

It's just an arm, besides If I remove this one the original one will slowly regenerate anyways.* Ali arched a brow at her behavior, exactly what was the big deal anyways?.* What's wrong now?

"Why you do such things .. causing yourself more pain .. I do not know that I will ever understand .. though I do not mean to judge you. And if you are happy, I am happy for you for doing this." she said softly, looking to him with a kind smile. Bobbing her head a little, she smiled more brightly. "Why have you come here?"

More pain?, I was sedated during the procedure.* Ali rolled his eyes a little and snickered, fact was this arm was infact better combatwise then the original one. It also did look odd and would make others think he was "crippled". A good deception tool.* I just wanted to know when the cerimony would be, so I can clear up my schedule for the occassion since I'm the priest and all.

She lowered her head some, feeling foolish now that he had said everything. Still, she nodded a bit now that she understood better. When he asked the next question, she felt a bit awkward again though she answered softly. "I know not. We will be taking our time in deciding .. first we will choose rings for each other."

She looked up to him with wide eyes, not quite sure what to say or do in this moment. With this .. she knew she needed to tell him so. "I know not what to say. If this is incorrect .. if you could please instruct me on knowing what is correct, I will do everything I can to make thins right."

It's correct, but it doesn't really matter if it hadn't been.* Ali crossed his arms infront of his chest and watched her, still smiling.* As long as you are happy with him everything else isn't that important.

Blushing, she smiled brightly, thinking on what he just said. "Alright then .. we are doing just fine and .. we will let you know as soon as we decide." she said sweetly, looking shy as always.
