actually, i could use some pain medication. I just got home from weightlifting and conditioning for baseball.

Suck it up.. i could give you training that-
a.) Would kill you
b.) Make you kill yourself
c.) Kill other people
d.) kill other people than yourself
e.) Cry and cry some more.

Try running 6 miles a day.. on all kinds of terrians including.. 60 degree inclining hills.. with a 45lb pack on your back.. than when your done with that group pt.. 80 pushups, situps, crunches, jumping jacks, and chicken crawls. Than have breakfast... ohh did i mention we start at 3am?
