What is the reason for them to be in the story: He has been cursed by Naraku to follow his victims, scout them, basically make them stpill out anything personal, important, either by beating them up or becoming friends. Hotaru has no choice or else his heart is Naraku's. And home, with hsi loved, who is sick. His assignmet right now is Inuyasha. And he is blind that his beloved is already dead.
Weapons: Two blades that drip his power's, and a flaming arm that he cover's with
Attacks: He tends to be more of an airial full frontal attack, since he has wings.
Eternal Flame: His body turns into and inferno, and everythind around him, like a supernova, crumbles to ash. He can also use the ash and through it in people's eyes.
Darkness surrounding: Sakura petals and Roses cloud his opponets vision, and illusion as everything around them excpet for the water theri standind on and the trees, he can either make the darkness consume them, destroy their sanity, or lightly warn them and leave quite a mark.
Defensive Light: The Light that drips from one of his blades eventully can be used as a shield, and like water, he can purify certain things, kill certain things, and basically capture them. The shield can never be penetrated, only by something more holy.
