Dusk gave a nod to Alexz in courtesy of her apology, and then stepped back to show his next intentions.
“I’m sorry, but I’ve got to check on him. We don’t want a repeat of the tanker incident…I’ll try not to be too long. Thanks for catching us Neko, we needed this talk. We’ll see where we all stand in the food chain soon enough…” He cast his eyes around the group to show they were all included, then turned and followed the trail of Jaden’s scent out into the alley.
He found him crouched down beside the wall and dashed over, putting his hand on his shoulder.
“Jaden, its alright, you have control, you don’t let out what you don’t want out. Nobody can say otherwise but you…”

Alexz looked at Myyth without moving her head. She arched her brow slightly, tilting her head a fraction to the right.
"And what do you propose in order to not get caught?" she asked.
She nodded at Dusk as he left, brushing a strand of hair from her face.

Myyth watched Dusk go, but decided to let him handle it for now. Turing back to Alexz she shrugged. "If I knew that much about the coven, I would be doing more than sitting here now. Other than not attracting attention, you'll need to work though them in whatever way is most likely to prevent them looking in to your activities.*

Jaden gave a very forced smile and pushed Dusks hand off his shoulder. "Oh I'm fine. Just having little issues with the smells in there, burns my nose and all." he said cocking his ears and trying to keep his tail hidden since it was quivering. "You should get to the meeting being an elder and all."
You are the most abissmal lier... If you want to be a coward then come up with something better than that... I don't want to look like a weakling...

He shook his head, putting his hand back on the shoulder.
"I was a Captain in the army, You learn when someone in your ranks is trying to hide something from you. And you whimpered. Whatever it is, it's something big. Besides, Myyth always does a better job in these meetings than me..."
He sighed and shuffled a bit to make his crouch more comfortable, before deciding to try taking Jaden's mind to other things.
"So, you gonna tell what the deal is between you and Myyth, are you two mates now or what?" He asked with a grin.

"I can honestly say that I never much liked Rikku and Kyrre, even though I spent an interesting expierence with both of them at one point. Rogue always tried to get me to play her game, but I considered her at least decent, and you, Alexz. You, I always considered a friend, and I know Asmodai thinks the same of you. We would be glad to offer our home as yours, and let you stay there as long as you need to." Neko said honestly, giving the vampire a hug.
"So, Myyth, you and Dusk will do what you can to get your Lycans to work with my Tainted, hm? Sounds good for now. We should warn our people about what's going on, and once the hunters join our little coalition, they should do the same. Maybe that way we can take down the amount of casualties going on."

Alexz gazed off in thought as Myyth suggested what she should do. How would she not attract attention? It would surely require a lot of secrecy.
She smirked as Neko began to speak of Rikku, Kyrre, and Rogue. Though Alexz had been their enemy for quite a long time, she did have some respect for the after she had become an elder. She could hardly say that she agreed with the way they acted and thought. She could deal with Rogue easier than the others, they were a tad bit friendlier to each other.
"I've always considered you a friend as well, Neko." she said, hugging the elder in return, "But I would hate to be a hassle and put you in danger."

Raiquen, who had been sitting at a table and overhearing the elders' conversation, decided it would be a good idea to go elsewhere. It didn't seem to have a very pro-vampire atmosphere at the moment.

"Don't know." Jaden said putting his hand behind his head and showing the slightest semblance of a blush. "Something just happened after we found whats-her-name... Rogue." He shuffled his feet as the dark voice in his mind chuckled. "It's kind of nice but... strange, you know? I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do exactly because I don't act my age and she's always so regal, it's kind of like she doesn't have any fun. You're different, you seem to be carefree most of the time... especially around my sister." Jaden shrugged.
Ask him...
"Don't worry about me."

"Tell me the truth. It's the beast inside you isn't it. It wants out, and though it looks like you're doing a good job so far of keeping it back, its having none of it. Am I right?" He said in a calm voice, finding himself stroking Jaden's ears back.

"You mean the monster don't you?" Jaden said allowing himself to be stroked. "It's upset, it wants you to use it for war." He shrugged again as if this was really a trifle. "Makes sense, it was supposed to be an engine of war."
Jaden closed his eyes. Things always got so complicated for him. "Anyway, what was the gist of the meeting?"

Myyth shrugged, and picked up her bag. "That or increase them in our favor. With a nod to Alexz she headed for the door. "I'll be in touch, once I know." Stepping out and over to the guys she watched Jaden with some concern now on her face. "We're done for now.....how're things out here?"

"Said I'm fine." Jaden muttered trying to be tough. At the sight of the alpha female the thing behind the door stopped its scratching on the door and began cooing gently, a sound that would make a baby cry or a child cringe in fear, something not beyond a mortal creature and yet utterly timeless as the screams joined in from behind the door.

"Well, you can tell it thanks, but no, its not wanted..." He said quietly to him before greeting Myyth.
Dusk stood up and nodded to Myyth, smiling gently.
"The scents in there burnt his nostrils a bit, nothing to worry about." He offered his hand to Jaden to help him up.
