Tor turned to sasuke still hand sealing..she wasn't going to change her mind now..
"By who...SERIOUSLY BY WHO!!" (I'll use my Bloodline chidori..If I miss..It'll be likey to tear my are off..) She thought to herself as she looked at Sasuke. "She's just another jinjuriki!! Whats so special about her!!!!YOU'D NEVER GO THIS FAR FOR EVEN SAKURA!! WHATS SO SPECIAL ABOUT HER!!!" Tor yelled at him as a redish glow started to form in her hands.

Tor growled. "So what..at sometime..she'll lose control of her biju..like naruto said..she's to unstable.." A really high ear piercing sound came from tor's hand as a red colored chidori formed.
Mimi laughed, then through the same kind of condenced water ball she threw at deidara at Sasuke.

the ball hit sasuke but it was a clone the real sasuke was in the tree

The sound of the chidori finnaly reached the village, echoing through the village.
Tor shook her head giving Sasuke a sorry look, then started to charge at mimi.
mimi gained another condenced ball of water at stood there.

tobi heard the ringing and covered his ears
"crap!"
the windows in the village shattered he poofed away safely
sasuke jumped down trying to grab tor

A picture of the badly beaten up Sakura appeared in Sasuke's mind.
Tor stopped pushing off Sasuke then chased after Mimi.
Mimi ducked under it, hitting one of tor chakura points destroying the chidori and jamming the ball of water straight into tors gut, exploding on contact, and sending tor through the forest and into the kage building.
Tor was blacked out and not breathing at all.

Half of the kage building was destroyed and tor was laying in the middle of it..minutes away from death.

tobi saw the smoke from where tor was and ran toward it
sasuke got up hand signaling
"ninja art:fire ball justu!"

Mimi jumped around the fireball and punched Sasuke in the back, just as her eye that wasn't covered with hair went green for a while and she was suck standing up.
Tor was laying in a pile of blood, her katana 5 yards away.

sasuke fell to his knees he wasent balanced on his ankel

he tried to punch her

Tors words rung through Sasuke's head 'WHY GO SO FAR FOR MIMI!!', just as his his impacted Mimi's face sending her back into the water.
Tor didn't answer, even from there he could tell she wasn't breathing.

Mimi got out of the water, half over her eye purple. She looked up at Sasuke, half souless but half surprised stare.
Tor wasn't responding at all...not one bit, but there was a heartbeat..but it was very faint.
