lol. My friend and I were going to go to the midnightshowing all dressed up too...
but my friend is having her C-section tomorrow so we all decided it wasn't fair for us to go when she couldn't.

Yea, requiemx, is getting into finals week so she's super busy at college.

I still have another 3-4 weeks till finals haha.
But that is the oppurtune time to start studying for two of my classes haha.
And to prepare my portfolio... and ugh... crying
haha such is the life of a college student.

Since we, as a guild, are such big fans of X-Men in general, I thought I'd post this video I found on YouTube for you guys to see and rate for yourselves. IEOC-YoutubeMariana, what is your friend having? I'm a personal fan for C-sections, having did so for my little one. Make sure to visit her every couple of days while she's there. The hospital kept me for a week and I was bored to pieces. Wi-Fi was unavailable in my wing. crying Any word on the Nov contest results?

I haven't even had a chance to put the nov contest up for voting. The classes I'm teaching are moving into final project weeks so I've been super busy with grading and student emails. I'm wiped out.
C-sections freak me out wink I didn't have to have one either time. I heard the recovery time is two or three times as long. But whatever it takes to have a healthy baby! Gotta do what you gotta do wink

well she had a boy.
We all knew it was going to be a boy for a while so the surprise just wasn't there. ^_^
But he's 8 pounds and 11 ounces measuring 21 and a half inches so considering it was her first birth...despite other things the C-section was actually a lot safer for her than the natural route.
He'd been 9 pounds and 2 ounces when he was born...he's done what some people would kill for...lost weight in such a short time. lol -jk, I know that's sometimes normal, just a funny thought.

Hehe yea, that's normal. Babies usually lose weight during the first day.
That's a nice healthy weight.
I kinda miss when my kids were babies but they're so fun now that I kinda don't. wink

YAY for catch up, I have been really busy this week myself. Tests every otherday. Now I am off to go study for my bio test.
I will probably get a post for roger in soon, but I do not anticipate one comming for Antonio for a little bit longer.
