C. Fox You got it down to a T, Vin. The amount of dedication they put and the sacrifices they make is the reason why they're so good at it. While on the other hand, I only have a friend I can play offline with. And it's not like there's a get-together at some local where ppl can play each other. At least we have Mame, right? lol

I'd be an amazing Judge. Unfortunately, people just assume all I can do is troll.
Very well.

No. If you can't fight your way through the thorns you don't get the berry.
In essence, ******** you Miss Daisy.

I ******** with people. But when a subject comes up I want to sincerely tackle, I'm level headed about it.
That's the problem I think people get with you KB, and I had a similar problem when I was high school: people can't tell when you're joking and when you're not. At times to their discredit, as times to yours. Nothing heavy, you just gotta work with it.

KB, byes aren't scored on points. Points aren't a factor. A bye means somebody did not show up, they're unable to score points, so they forfeit.
You do win OOCly in that regard. You actual roleplayer is not there to accumulate points. Even if they do post but don't meet the minimum post limit for grading it still applies. If this were a team based tournament you could just disregard the fight and don't include it in total point calculation. But that's not the case.
Now, if your grandmother went into the hospital on day 2 and you said something about it and that you wouldn't be able to post, I'm sure an extension could be worked out if you came back on day 5 or 6.
If the guy doesn't show up OOCly, you win. You also win ICly. I don't see where you're having difficulty with this. The guy isn't there to fight period.

Old Man KB No. If you can't fight your way through the thorns you don't get the berry. In essence, ******** you Miss Daisy. I could get them at the grocery store, or some fruit stand... JUST STFU ALL. Or not. This is better than the thread dying.

And the Judges want to make it so there is someone for them to fight.
It's very simple. Either let them go by without fighting while good players like Snow/Rylen get knocked out in the first round, or, make them fight so that its fair for everyone else who joined the tournament.
Hell, not even make them fight, let them fight. If they aren't eager to fight someone in order to get ahead, if they aren't here demanding for opponents because they love the fighting aspect of roleplay, they don't even deserve to be here.
