[Failiure 5/10]
Ishi had the third session of push-ups under controll, and was about the fifth motion into it before something happened. As Ishi continued to make his training, he was starting to get tired, making him weaker. Before he could complete the 8th push, his hands ended up giving in, having him fall, perplexed. He was tired, but not enough to be THAT exausted. After a brief stop, he resumed his role.

[Success 6/10]
After that brief stop, there were no more accidents, Ishi continued his exercices. All planned sessions were done in little more that half an hour, leaving Ishi with enough time to rest a bit and probably do a bit more that a couple of laps around the room. Things were looking up, might as well make use of it.

[Epic Failiure 6/10]
After a ten minute rest, Ishi decided it was time to begin runing around the track in the corner. After taking a deep breath, Ishi started to run... To promptly have a cramp and splat himself on the floor. "What the hell..." He muttered to himself once the pain was gone. This was perhaps the most inproable thing in Ishis's mind. Having a cramp after taking ten steps?

[Failiure]
As Ishi finished the first lap after that noodle incident, maybe it was a good idea to take it slowly. Ishi would use this lap a little more that a test to see if there was anything wrong in the track's elevation... Maybe if there were bumps. Nothing was found, so it was probably just bad luck this time. After just cruising the track, Ishi would make the last few laps count.

[Success 7/10]
This time, Ishi kept a relatively good pace, maybe even above the average. IT was a matter of making six laps, divided in three groups of two. It went smoothly overall, but could be better. Ishi would give himself a small period of rest before going at the track field again. Laid down near the mirrors, Ishi started to ponder what would wait for him the next day. He knew by the schedules, sure. But still...

[Again... Failiure. 7/10]
Ishi had finally rested enough to go again at it, but then it came to him... Perhaps he didn't need to wait for the following day, after all, he could just make up for it on the evening. Getting up, Ishi would go for one last lap around the track. As Ishi started to make his last lap, His sandal slipped off his foot, causing him to nealy fall again... Thisisin't his day, thats for sure. He will continue later on.

Mizuiro was pleased over the plank being snapped so easily, he had power in his punches now. But he knew not to get too cocky, and decided to rest his hand for a bit, in case that he did some damage too it going hard and not stopping. The more he punched hard objects, the more strain on his hands. He did set up more planks to brake apart though. while he rest his hands kind of. He was keeping them warm by moving then, so his tendons and muscles didn't get stiff.

Mizuiro now had some rested hands, the one that was last used, he decided to rest a little longer, and use his other hand ot punch the next plank of wood. He did the same as before, got closed, lined up his punch, and then focused on his task only. He then punched as hard as he could, and just like before it snapped almost cleanly. He noticed a few more splinters this time, but that was okay, snapping it was the main point of this training, not cutting it with punching.

Mizuiro decided to give his main hand another go, because he knew he had to train one hand more then the other, just not too much. The key was that it was slightly stronger, fast, and more accurate, so that it could do a good final blow that would cause havoc for the receiver. This training would give him that advantage, hopefully. As he lined up his punch, he realised he should try another posture, to see if he could punch more the one way, with the same force. He tried it, so he bent his knees a little more, twisted his torso to give the arm he was using a bit more of a swing, and then once he felt he was ready, he punched. This time the pieces of wood went flying, it was very unexpected to see that. Mizuiro was still pleased though.

Mizuiro rubbed his hands together, getting them nice and warm. He then started to click his fingers, and do some stretches. He needed to get his body warmed up for his final wooden plank, before trying to brake stone slabs. This should be but a breeze now, he punched as hard as he could after his quick exercises. He then watched as if it was in slow motion, the plank bend and snap into a many splinters. It was destroyed, there would some big chunks, but that punch was just ridiculously hard. He was happy with that part, now for something a little harder.

He picked up a slab of stone, and put it into a special slow that was already set up for this kind of exercise. He breathed in and out, and decided to bandaged his hands up a little, just in case he did something wrong and caused his hands useless. He lined up the punch his usual, comfortable way that he liked, and then focused. He punched as hard as he could, but making sure his fist hit dead centre, so as to cause the best damage. The stone cracked right in half, and the slowly slipped out of the slot onto the ground. When it hit the ground, it broke up a bit more.

Mizuiro decided to try another slab, with the same fist, expect the same result of course. But as he tightened his fist to line up the bunch, he felt that stinging sensation again. He must have broken something this time, for sure. But he could be mistaken, considering he could still move all fingers without too much pain, just that tingling feeling now and then. He then decided to rest that hand, and use the other like he had previously done before.

Mizuiro punched the slab softly a few times with his other hand, because it wasn't his main striker. He decided to just relax for a while, he had been working out pretty hard almost non stop already, so a little rest wouldn't hurt. He decided that once he was done braking four more, he would be finished. He knew he was getting stronger, but to test that new found strength, he had to do it the hard way. Then, he would go to the hospital to see what damaged he did to his hands.

Mizuiro was now started to have his mind wonder on what would happen to his hands if they could not be repaired, and if they could not be repaired, would he have to stop being a shinobi? Would that mean all the hard work his grand parents and parents went through to design him would be for naught? Mizuiro didn't except that, he knew he could to get past the pain, past the suffering, and punch through that slab of stone.

Mizuiro just punched the stone really hard, but it just cracked slightly. Because he did it out of frustration and wasn't concentrating, he hurt himself also. He then had two sore hands to wait to recover a little. Though being a Hoshigaki, his healing was far more rapid then a normal person. His hands should be getting better soon.

After deciding to put his hands on ice for a bit, and then doing some stretches to keep his hands from turning into stiff rigid claws, he set up another slap, along side the other, and was now going to punch both at the same time, with both fists. He lined then up, and got into a pretty hilarious pose, and punched both as hard as he could, braking them both in half thoroughly. Though, he may have over done it, because his hands were sore again.

Mizuiro set up the rest of the slabs of stone, which actually hurt to pick up right now, but he did it anyway, it was only two more, one for each hand. This was going to be a piece of cake, he cracked his knuckles, which made him flinch in pain, and then made sure that his bandages were tightened firmly around his hands. He seemed okay, and ready to punch through these last two slabs now.

First his weaker hand, Mizuiro blew on it a little, and then opened and closed his fist rapidly, to get it all warmed up. He put his fist upon the slab of stone, moved in a little so that his fist would go through it, and then pulled his arm back so his fist was beside his chest. He then quickly struck the stone, and a loud cracking noise echoed out. It was a perfect shot, causing the stone to brake down the middle, roughly of course. As the pieces fell to the ground, Mizuiro lined up his next punch.
