Whistling, Lily came down the stairs while braiding her still damp hair, and was sadly paying more attention to the latter than the former. About five steps away from the bottom, she tripped and, with a squeak, fell the rest of the way to the floor. Several moments after she hit, she let out a soft: "Owww..."

"Fine, fine." Lily answered, pulling herself to a sitting position. "Just... a li'l bruised. Nothing to worry about." she winced a little when weight was put on her left arm, and her nose wrinkled. "Might have sprained a wrist as well." she admitted.

"Here," Arlen said leaning down to help Lily up, careful of her left arm. "Do you ice or apply heat to a sprain?"

"Uhm, no idea." Lily told him sheepishly, standing with his help. "Though I think... maybe... ice?" she guessed, blinking, her left arm cradled to her stomach. "That way it doesn't, you know, swell up?"

"Well let's try this first," Arlen said calling his White Flame to engulf his hand, and gently laid it against Lily's wrist. "Does that help?"

"Oh yeah... forgot about that." Lily murmured, then gave a small sigh of relief as the pain began to fade. "Maybe I bruised my head too." she teased, carefully flexing her hand. "That's much better..."

Lily giggled and nodded, leaning into his hand. "Yeah. Helps a lot. Thank you." she murmured, then raised herself to kiss him lightly. "You hungry?"

She sighed happily at that, the remaining pain fading into memory. "Uh-uh. I'll make something later. Just if you were, I was gonna make saniches." Lily smiled up at him, then clapped her hands together. "Oh! I started your pendent today, and it all goes smoothly. Should be ready two days from now."
