Armageddon roared a challenge. He had taken down angels before. Even Seraphs. This was no different! Trueshot, though, thought otherwise. It wasn't about to fight someone else as sacred as it was. The transformed weapon promptly disappeared in a burst of white light.
Meanwhile, within D's dream-link between him and the scythe, Ozryel shook his head, rattling the chains attached to the heavy weights, "The Void Dragon is what rescued him. He'll return to this plane of existence in time. I am uncertain as of when in specifics. The black dragon may be able to reason with this beast of Nothingness to give Daggerfang back."

"Lets go Seraphim!" Alucard roared, along with Armageddons challenge. He was dissapointed when Trushot diappeared on him, but that fit with what the blade was effective against.
Then my only options are to ask the black dragon to help or wait. D sighed in the dream this is not what he wanted. Thank you for the knowledge. Is there anything else i should know? D asked in the dream.

Angeles watched as the bird preened, sang some more before flying away. The forest quieted to a low buzz of insects and Angeles continued to smile serenely. She then looked over at D, who was still asleep and whistled. Alexandria walked over and Angeles, stood, reaching into the saddlebag and pulling out a small silver flute and a book.
Giving the horse a pat Alexandria went back to eating the grass at her feet and Angeles sat back down and opened the book and studied the black dots on the page. She wet her lips before holding the flute to her lips and began to play a few notes. This was a song she had recently learned. She played it well enough that she would not miss any notes, but she was not yet a master of it. Angeles always learned a song with the intention of leaving any listeners in awe.
After a few verses of the song Angeles' eyes flickered up to Lilly and the music stopped, "are you awake Lilly?" she asked the girl in a whisper, not sure if she had seen her move or not.

Lilly hadnt moved, but now there was this fine film around the girl.. like a cocoon. It was starting to harden the more sunlight and sleep the girl got.

Angeles' eye narrowed and she set down her flute and stood up in one fluid motion and walked over to the girl. She knelt down next to her and held a hand above the child's shoulder, somewhat wary to touch her.
"Lilly?" she asked before deciding to risk her hand. She turned her hand over and with the back of it gently brushed the film of the cocoon just above her shoulder.

Lilly.. or rather the being that was her inside the cocoon was changing again. She didnt stir, her breathing and pulse was steady that could be all felt through the protective cocoon. Lillys hair was growing longer, her legs and arms as well her entire body infact. She was even starting to develop breasts. She was probably 12 or 13 by now, and her Dragon features were becoming amplified. scales on her arms, legs, face and neck. Her tail was growing thicker, her horns longer and her wings bigger.

"I see," murmured Angeles and moved her hand away, studying the child's now woman-like body before shifting and sitting beside the girl and glanced at D again. A few thoughts moved through her mind, but it seemed that she would not be leaving as soon as she would have liked. If Lilly continued to age every time she fell asleep, it would only be a matter of time before she died, if she could die.
Angeles' eyes glazed over the scales before glancing to D and debated on waking him up to witness what was happening.

"Indeed.Your friend is being taken over more and more by Legion's influence. A few more body parts had been lost during his fight with one of the elite grunts. Legion had replaced them, and in turn, gained a stronger foothold on his mind. He might not be the same."
The massive crystalline entity of the weapon sat down, chains rattling against the weights that held him down. He hating giving grim news, but it was what he was good at. At times, he wanted to be good at something else. Fishing, for example.

D frowned at that.. even while he slept he frowned out in the real world like he was in the dream world. I see.. thank you for the information. D said gently, as he pulled back from the dream world and started to wake.
Lilly continued to sleep, the cocoon sealed back up once Angeles left her alone. Slowly a bit later she began to stir and push against the cocoon like being born again.

Angeles waved as she noticed D's eyes opening then pointed at the cocoon wordlessly. As it began to move Angeles stood up casually and stepped away from it, just in case something happened once the thing opened up.

"You are so eager. Well then, I am afraid I will have to ablidge you." The seraphim stopped looking up at the heavens and turned to face her opponent. All six of her wings fluttered open. She stood with her hands together, as if she were praying.
Indeed, in her own mind she was. There were things that she had been sent down here to do. Though she really didn't want to do them. Though there was still just one thing on her mind.
'....Amaranth....' She thought to herself. Just who or what was Amaranth? And why did it seem to matter.
Shaking her head slightly, the Seraphim didn't waste any time. She clenched her hand tightly and a lance formed in her hand, along with a shield in the other.
"Lets get this over with demon. I'll send you back to hell where you belong!" With her eyes ablaze with a holy light, she rushed at Alucard, taking her first thrust with the lance.

Chiru, being outside, happened to overhear the conversation and decided to go and watch the fight. There was nothing better to do anyway.

Luna was still on her way to the barbaroi territory. Since she was incredibly fast, she was making good time.
((Woot! Everyone do a little dance because I'm FINALLY getting internet back! Should be hooked up today or tomorrow. Woot!

Alucard laughed psychotically and rushed at the Angel as she rushed him. Her first thrust with her lance went right through him, with a growl of pain.
Alucards body went limp and stilled, until he threw his head abck and laughed. "Itll take more than that Angelic warrior!" Alucard burst into a swarm of bats that flew around the Angel.
Alucard reformed behind her and took a swipe at her back and those lovely wings with his metal claws for hands.
D looked to Angeles first before his eyes went to the cocoon. He got up and walked over to her before kneeling down besides Lilly. Reaching out his left hand.
"Oh.. my. Aging again? Though i think she is done for now. This is interesting. What exactly did Charles do to her?" The left hand said.
Lilly broke through the cocoon and awoke with a yawn. "Hi D." She said her voice slightly more older now. "How was your sleep?"

Angeles studied the now awake Lilly and smiled as if she knew a secret before looking at D, "I think we're all awake now, let's go back to Charles and have him answer both of our questions," she turned and walked back to her spot, picking up both the flute and the book and replaced them in Alexandria's saddlebags.

A test of course. She had only met this man once before, and back then he cowered to keep the people he cared about safe from harm. She hadn't actually witnessed him fight before.
She had suspected the lance had done little, and when the man turned into a swarm of bats she knew she was correct. The Seraphim, now called Trinity thanks to Angeles and Lilly, turned around quickly, just as he was swiping at her.
She managed to get her shield up in time, but the force of his metal claws seemed to rip it from her hands, knocking the shield a few feet away where it disappeared in a ball of light.
"I hope you don't think this will be easy!" Trinity said as she leapt back.
The woman slapped her hands together as if she were praying. The words she muttered were unheard, and even if they had heard, it was an arcane language that no one knew anymore.
The clouds above them began parting, and it seemed the sun was coming out, illuminating the area around them with a brilliant light that would make must vampires burn on the spot. Of course, she also knew this wouldn't be the case for him, but perhaps a purifying light would do the trick.
The light seemed to focus on Alucard before coming down at him with the speed of light itself. She wondered if he would be able to dodge this, and if he did, then she knew she would really be in trouble.

Chiru took a few steps back so as not to get caught up in the mess of things.
Charlie, upon hearing the commotion, headed outside. He saw Chiru and moved to her side while he witnessed the battle. "Oh my, oh dear! It seems she means to kill him. I thought this would just be a friendly little spar...how dreadful..."

"Hate and frustration are two very different things Ivy. Besides, these are just two of the elements that make the world go round. If everyone loved eachother then the world would be a very boring place. And people always hate that which they don't understand. Perhaps that is the problem."
He was trying to get her to feel better, but it was becoming very difficult.

Ivy looked over at Raziel and growled at him a little.
"Raziel, does it really matter? Everyone in that group I had friend but still have family in, despises me to no end. Hate and frustration may be two different things, but there is a very thin line between them. And maybe a boring place is what people need now."
Ivy then paused and looked out the window, or what was a window. She tried to collect her thoughts but it was no use. She already knew that everyone in the group she was once in good ties with no longer wanted her around. She would try to be nice but they would just walk away. Throughout the past 25 years, Ivy tried to make amends for bad things she had done but it didn't work. Then of the course of the last 25 years, she finally gave up on pleasing others except for Raziel of course, after all, he was Ivy's husband so she didn't really have a choice. However, Ivy felt like she needed to run. Run from everything and everyone. But she would wait until she had spoken with D.
"D, where in the hell are you?"
She thought more to herself than anyone else. If D happened to answer her she was sure he'd sound pretty uptight that she was getting impatient. But that was just something they both would have to deal with.
