Sajuuk finally got himself out of his bed and ready. It had been a lazy day so far but not he had to actually do something. With a stretch he walked out of his room and down the hall ways and stairwells and began to walk down the main hall. he was slightly lost in his won world, possibly passing Marcus but he could not have been sure as he was not really paying attention to anything.

Sajuuk was broken form his own little world by the sounds of Rose in his head, 'I am wandering for some lunch. You know, spent most of the day sleeping, previously running around another realm, food seems like a good idea right now. I know we need to talk to father and pick up Skadi. Would rather do that on a full stomach rather than running on fumes. just something simple, grab a bottle.' Said Sajuuk as he made it into the kitchen. Human based sustenance was nice but it was little more than a momentary pleasure for Sajuuk. Good old fashioned blood was still more satisfying and granted the energy he needed.

Sajuuk drank his bottle with ease. It would take a little time for the energy to be absorbed but he did feel quite a bit better now. "Yes let us get this one done. Shall we talk to father first or see how your mother is doing with Skadi?..... Father still has to meet Skadi actually." Said Sajuuk now thinking about it all. They could kill two birds with one stone and make things a little easier with the presence of a child to distract a little but Then again this stuff was a little personal so Skadi being there might not be a good idea.

Sajuuk gave Rose an odd look, "You know we are going to See father right. He will respond either not caring or just confused. Trust me, he has seen so many weird things that this will probably just make him wonder why we are there. Or worse he could just say yes I know then go back to bed." Said Sajuuk, knowing full well of Shadow's rather odd sense of humour and lack of being phased by things. Though you never did know how Shadow would react. "Let's just go and see what happens." Said Sajuuk. he had just hurt his head trying to think of what might happen."

Shadow let out a grumble as he forced himself form his wife and his bed, quickly throwing on some cloths and opening the door a little. He looked at Rose and Sajuuk, the two of them standing there and one very large bottle of scotch. Shadow let out a heavy sigh as he left his room and closed the door behind him. "Luna is still in bed so we shall discuss this stuff... elsewhere." Said Shadow, that was a sign to just follow him with no questions. He lead them to the roof, no one went there any more so it was always free to talk. He took a seat and glared at the two, "What have you done now?" Said Shadow.

Sajuuk just sort of froze there, not really able to say much, he was waiting for Rose to give him the scotch first.

"I think I know what this is about." Said Shadow before cracking open the bottle and taking a drink from it. "I might not always be around but I know how to read signals my dear children. If you think I have not noticed how you two have been acting around one another then you take me for a fool. I can smell each of you from the other in a way that is not normal for siblings. Your body language betrays you to as well as the other words of a child. Other scents betray you to. You both smell of foreign lands, your eyes say something important happened. Now, please fill in the little gaps for me." Said Shadow, taking another swig.

Shadow nodded along, taking a drink every so often. "Right, now the blanks have been filled and then some." Said Shadow. He was letting it all sink in, he knew Sajuuk was different but he had not known how different not that he was upset, he actually liked the idea. The news of Cathy was better for him though, he had just feared these two getting in over their heads and violating laws that could get them killed without thinking about it but it would seem that luck was on their side this time. Shadow did not particularly care about Sajuuk being recognised as a member of their household, the trade rights to build drakenhoff sounded nice but his goals for his children were different.. Sajuuk being free from his slavery was the best news he had heard from all of this, now untouchable by the council and freed from the power of Shyesh that bound him further to the council. "Anything else too add Rose?" said Shadow, wanting to make sure he had everything at his disposal before saying anything else.

Shadow could not help but chuckle at all of this, it was good to see the council brought to its knees by other means rather than force. Shadow then thought for a moment, "Lahmian huh? Well now that is something... it actually explains a lot about your mother Rose.... a lot..... some stuff that you would probably prefer not to know and you might want to keep out of my head with that one." Said Shadow referring to some of the more intimate moments. "You must let me meet this Skadi, your child. Probably best I take her while you explain things to your mother Rose. And as for you Sajuuk.... we will talk later." Said Shadow. he had taken all of this very well but he knew that Selena would not so it best be done quick before anything else happens.

Sajuuk just shook his head, "I have little to add but I will say something before we talk later father. I have no intention of interfering with the family business in Malkesh. I would rather just take care of my village that now falls under my control." said Sajuuk. He had to let that be known to Shadow. Shadow had already known this, given hwo much toruble Sajuuk has had ther ein the past, a fresh start would be good for him.
