Rex barely managed to dodge the Buneary's Jump Kick, making it jump straight into a tree.
The tree splintered under Buneary's foot and hurt the wild Pokemon. Rex finished off the Buneary with the last of its Thrash. The Buneary fainted and Rex was now confused; Berg withdrew Rex to rid the confusion.

Arekku walks out into the main room, "Well that didn't go well... not well at all.... I'm not cut out for the reffing gig..." He walked to the couch and sat down, pulling his feet up in front of him to stare at the wall expressionless.

Ice_Wolf_Demon Arekku walks out into the main room, "Well that didn't go well... not well at all.... I'm not cut out for the reffing gig..." He walked to the couch and sat down, pulling his feet up in front of him to stare at the wall expressionless. "Nah, you're doing fine." Ginji said as he patted Arekku on the back. "You should have seen my first ref battle. It was horrible. I didn't even ask what ability a Pokemon had."

tommy walks into HQ, exausted. "anything i can do to rank up?" he asked, mumbling slightly. "where did everyone go?" he asked, feeling alone. it was a wierd feeling.

Arekku muttered, "Thanks for the cheer up, what i really need is a battle... With a wild pokemon... a few wild pokemon.. at that..." He released his strangely colored Swablu, it's body was a very light blue, it's eyes were a deep rust orange color, and it wings looked more like purple storm clouds than anything else, but it's beak and feet stayed the same color. "Blu." The pokemon's voice sounded regular, "Hey, Stormy!" Arekku picked up the pokemon as it glanced at it's surroundings. "Swablu!" He cried, seeming to enjoy himself.

tommy noticed the wierd storm of a bird, and then arreku. "oh hey arrek." he called over. Teddi came out and looked up at the storm cloud wings. he cocked his head over a little, while sticking his paw on his mouth to suck on it. "gah, i need to rank up. might have to go on a mission..." tommy trailed off. he studied the storm cloud swablu thorouly. then, his TADS went off. he read the message, and said to arreku "sorry got to go now. BYE!" he yelled as he exited.

Special Mission for Berg: Chemistry and Bio-Hazardous Reactivity!
Berg, you're skills are most impressive for this type of mission. I trust it will go well. Actually, I hope it goes well as f it doesn't, you could DIE. -creepy music in the background- Anyways, it seems that the Celadon City is having a Chemical Waste Problem. Your job is to go and find the cause, and fix it of course. You will fight a total of at least 6 Pokémon, all with funky Bio-hazardous coloring. No telling what other powers they have. Darn gene splicing.

Berg was ecstatic to have received his very own mission from the admin; he rushed out of the base and made his way to Celadon. The trip seemed like it took forever although it took only a few hours and upon arrival, he made his way to the Chemical Waste Plant. He walked in through the front door and approached the secretary. She instantly recognized the uniform and said, “Oh, you must be the one sent to help us. Right this way.” Without responding, Berg followed the assertive woman. She lead him into a very big industrial room that was tinted green because of toxic sludge that was in clear tubes that extended from the ceiling to the floor. She continued to direct him further into the room off to the right; the journey ended at a tunnel in the wall that was blocked off by yellow caution tape. “Right through here is the problem. There have been reports of strangely colored Pokémon coming from this hole. We believe there is a leak from the pipes somewhere inside. We’ve sent some of our workers inside but their Pokémon are not nearly strong enough to try to fight off infected Pokémon, so no one has even tried,” she explained.
Berg pondered for a moment before saying, “Don’t worry. I’ll figure it out.” Berg stepped under the tape and continued into an open glowing green room. He looked around for a few seconds before being met by an angry Koffing. The floating gas ball seemed to be guarding the entrance and it almost instantly attacked after seeing Berg. He responded with sending out Torch and calling out for an Ember. A short burst of flames pelted the poisonous gas ball that seemed different than usual. “Is it just me or does he actually look green?” Berg asked Torch. Torch blew off the question before being hit by a Tackle. Torch was annoyed with Berg for not giving him a command so Torch proceeded to use another Ember attack. Koffing hacked up a great smog and sent it at Torch. He shielded himself and avoided being poisoned but was injured by the hazardous smoke. Berg thrust forth his arm and Torch obeyed and used Peck. The Pokémon floated back and shook off the pain. It began to glow and Berg instantly knew what attack he was using. “Torch! Get out of there!”
This was the worst time for Torch to ignore Berg’s command, because when the Koffing self-destructed, it blasted Torch back into the wall. Torch fainted and Berg was not able to get out of the way in time; he was sent into a large puddle of some of the green glowing liquid. He stood up and wiped away as much sludge as he could. There were no more Pokémon in the direct area so he patched up the leaking areas and continued on through the path. He hoped that the ooze did not have any kind of harmful effects; he doubted it since the lady did not warn him not to touch the liquid. He withdrew Torch and continued on into the passageway. In the next hallway there was another pipe that was leaking. He pulled out the equipment needed to fix it up and while in the process, a pair of Grimer turned into the room.
Berg pulled away from the leaking pipe and sent out Crunch and Rex. The battle started out with Crunch using a Water Gun on the nearest Grimer and Rex used Rock Slide on both of them. The pair of Grimer seemed to absorb the attacks almost but still seemed to be slightly injured. The slimy duo began grabbing at the slime from their bodies proceeded to use Mud-Slap on Crunch. Crunch wiped away the gunk from his face and charged after one of the Grimer. He latched onto the nasty slime with his icy fangs and froze the slump of slime. After backing away, Crunch had to use a Water Gun just to remove the ooze from his mouth. Berg noticed that the Grimer’s ooze was in fact green. He assumed that any Pokémon he would see down here would be green; they most likely were affected by the toxic waste.
Rex used Thrash on the non-frozen Grimer; the Grimer was thrown into several different directions and splattered onto the walls and floors. Berg figured that this meant that Grimer was fainted, but he was wrong. The goo began to move; all to the center of the room where the Grimer stood before. It combined to reform an angry green Grimer. It responded with a Harden. Berg became extremely agitated because he hates when Pokémon use Harden. “Agh!!!” he screamed. Crunch and Rex followed off his anger and committed a double Thrash attack. The hardened Grimer resisted, but he was not able to stay conscious after this double attack. The frozen Grimer was just about melted because of the immense heat due to toxic fumes in the air; Berg had to take the opportunity and attack. The thrashing continued, destroying the ice and injuring him. Grimer bounced back, weak, tired, cold, and angry. Grimer used Disable on Rex but missed. Rex continued his thrashing but also missed and became confused.
Crunch proceeded to thrash about but before he was able to reach the Grimer, Rex had used Rock Slide and hit the enemy; Grimer fainted instantly. Berg withdrew his Pokémon hoping that there were not too many more Pokémon because his own were getting weakened with every battle. Berg went back to fixing the damaged pipe that he had been working on before the Grimer attack. It was quickly patched up and he continued. The path became narrower and left little wiggle room. Berg wondered how much longer he’d have to go before reaching where the Pokémon where entering into the plant. Berg looked ahead and saw a green Rattata prancing through the green liquid.
Berg went to call out Tox, but as he reached for the Pokeball, he had a huge coughing fit. Slightly dazed from the heavy coughing he was not able to dodge when the Rattata slammed into him with a Tackle. Berg fell back and while sitting down called out Tox. Berg called out for a Faint Attack and Tox immediately seemed to vanish before appearing behind Rattata, slamming it to the ground. Rattata’s front two teeth began to grow and became larger; he was about to use Hyper Fang.
“Try to dodge and use Poison Sting!” cried Berg before going into another coughing frenzy. He wondered why all of a sudden he was so sick. Unfortunately, that was the least of his worries; Rattata’s attack hit and caused Tox to flinch. Rattata followed up with a Tackle before Tox countered with a Poison Sting.
The green Rattata started glowing a fading purple; it was poisoned and the effects were taking immediate action. Rattata was angry and rushed in with a Quick Attack, but Tox managed to dodge it and retaliated a Mud-Slap. Rattata was getting weaker and more desperate, so he used another Hyper Fang. It once again connected, but this time did not cause flinching, leaving Tox to complete his Faint Attack. Rattata fainted and landed into a pool of the green liquid. Berg continued on find the last room of this passageway; it contained several green Pokémon that were feeding off the leaking tubes. Upon sight of Berg, most of them scrambled through a hole in the wall, leaving only a Koffing and Ekans. Berg had to be careful and take out Koffing first so that he would not self-destruct.
Berg withdrew Tox and sent out Spaz and Jolie; each of them used a Quick Attack, injuring the enemies slightly. Koffing used Tackle on Spaz and sent him into the air; Ekans took off of this attack and lunged himself at Spaz and wrapped himself around the small Pokemon. The two hit the ground with Ekans having a tight grip onto his target. Spaz let out a small yelp as the grip tightened and then used Spark directed for Koffing, trying to keep with the plan. Jolie became frantic seeing Spaz in pain, but followed up with another Spark directed at Koffing; he was struck by two electric attacks so was now quite upset. Koffing went for a Tackle at Jolie, but she managed to dodge while Spaz was squeezed harder by the green Ekans. Both of Berg’s Pokémon repeated the previous actions and caused Koffing to faint before it had the chance to explode. With only Ekans left and it wrapped around Spaz, it was an easy battle from here out and even an easy catch.
Ekans retreated from its wrap around Spaz and went in for a Bite directed for Jolie. Spaz interrupted with a Quick Attack and halted the attack. Jolie followed up with a Spark and injured the Ekans further. Berg wasted no time; he sent forth a Pokeball hit the Ekans atop his head. A red glow instantly took the green Ekans into the ball and dropped to the ground. It wobbled; once, twice, a third time, and it sounded a tone of achievement. Berg captured the off-colored Pokémon.
Now that all the Pokémon were cleared, Berg continued to patch up the room’s leaks and entrances for the wild Bio-Pokémon. “Phew. That was interesting,” Berg sounded before he made his way back to the entrance of the plant to meet the secretary and tell her what to watch for from now on. He left with his new Pokémon and made his way back to base with an off feeling; his cough was getting worse and so was his health in general. He planned to just rest as soon as he got to base.

Dark is in the storage area, tweaking up a few TADS after he 'won' a shipment of DSi.
"I think it's time we upgrade a bit.... I'll put the cameras on the TADS but nothing else. That way we keep the GBA player~" He chuckles to himself.

Shiny Tyranitar Dark is in the storage area, tweaking up a few TADS after he 'won' a shipment of DSi. "I think it's time we upgrade a bit.... I'll put the cameras on the TADS but nothing else. That way we keep the GBA player~" He chuckles to himself. Berg passes the storage area and hears Dark chuckling so he turns around to check it out. "What's so funny?" he asked.

Psychotech Shiny Tyranitar Dark is in the storage area, tweaking up a few TADS after he 'won' a shipment of DSi. "I think it's time we upgrade a bit.... I'll put the cameras on the TADS but nothing else. That way we keep the GBA player~" He chuckles to himself. Berg passes the storage area and hears Dark chuckling so he turns around to check it out. "What's so funny?" he asked. Dark says before tossing a half-torn apart DSi to the side. "Let me see your TADS for a few minutes." He says, holding his hand out to Berg. In his other hand he has a small screwdriver. Around him are a few small tools like a soldering gun and a hammer.

He places it down and grabs a TADS. He then takes the casing off the TADS.

Dark places the 10th TADSi in a box, which his Thyphlosion carries off to the lab. "Nah, I prefer to keep most of my inventions out of the spotlight. I mean we don't need secret government agents storming Team Aqua just to go after my stuff." Dark says after standing up. Just what does he make in that lab anyway? "Although I am interested in your Scouter... Does it scan Pokemon or tell you their level, stats, nature, moves...?"
