note to all suna nin. any genin in suna that fails or drops out of the exam shall be subject to severe punishment by Manny as a training dummy. (kin is the exception. he is manny's BIT*H)

Because someone somewhere fubar'd on communication to Chuunin who should have been taking Jounin exams at the most.. I've been seeing Chuunin/Jounin facing Genin.. this also might have to do with the fact that people didn't seem to get the fact that we were having exams and that they didn't get to automatically jump in rank..

it's ok yo-ko. it just ment i missed the start of round 2. also i'm learning just how out of it i am for taijutsu. although in the same respect i'm facing a chuunin in the exams so i dont have high hopes for him actually recognising anything of value to anyone but him. -,- if were were allowed to simply become our rank as ac would allow at any time i'd be a jonin. -.-

After I realized that Kin could become a Chuunin during the time skip, it was a little late to change so I decided to go and have him give up... I made it seem like someone signed him up and know he just wants to see his fellow Suna nin win.
Does Kin still have to face punishment?
btw my internet at home is off crying crying crying
