Nightmare bopped Ivy on the forehead and handed her a V8 "you need to chill, these things haven't even happened yet, for all I know they're changing again right now. Time travel is tricky like that."

Future Nightmare popped in and bopped his present counterpart on the head "shut up, you're screwing up my future."

I find it far more likely that the future Nightmare was only really created in the last hour or so. Every moment a thousand possibilties vanish because of the minutia of every little choice and outcome, and every variation is an entirely different existence. Untold numbers of people simply cease to be, while others are born.
And where do these vanished people go you ask? Why they are consumed by the darkness beyond time and space, wandering there cold and alone for eternity.... unless by chance they happen to find their way to the bend, which is the point at which the end of time becomes the beginning, where they may then have the hope of returning to their life, should their reality be restored.

no... the just simply cease to existe, to better understand this, watch the Back to the Future trillogy.

Oh, I have watched it. Many times. Back to the Future employs some pretty hokey logic. I can accept some things, while others make less sense. I prefer to look at the source material for Back to the Future, The Time Machine and The Sound of Thunder, while employing my own logic.
