Tam sighs and tries to remember how he took the lioness' form. Squeezing shut his eyes he feels his body bend and twist, forcing itself into the now familiar shape. And once again it settles with an audible snap.
He cracks an eye and asks. "Did it work?"

Morning comes early when you are up all night and Tam soon finds herself yawning, fighting away several mosquitoes. She looks over to where Bez lays, fast asleep and realizes that if she doesn't leave now, she never will. Torn, she climbs to her feet, knowing deep in her heart that the cub needs her right now far more than her mate. She pads silently to where the ebony furred leopard lays and nuzzles him gently, then turns and runs back to the village and her home.
Getting into the house was a bit more difficult, but she finally solves her dilemma by climbing the tree and jumps to the roof, entering the bedroom through the still open window. As she hoped Kerobian was still fast asleep. Climbing onto the bed, she curls up and fall fast asleep.

He stares down at his white paws and sighs. Nope, not a dream. With a snort of derision, he gives Kerobian a nudge.
"Taro, wake up... time to go to the temple." she rumbles deep in her chest.
