Shadow nodded and walked with Nadea back to the mansion. "Thank you for comming to our aid. I don't wan't to think about what would have happened if you never showed up." he said.

Shadow took the torn peice of cloth in his mouth. He would change back when they where closer to the mansion. "I'm sure your other form isn't that bad. Your talking to a gaint bat here. I am a lumbering oaf compaired to just about everything. I crush or eat my enemies." He said as they crossed the feild and ended up at the mansion. Shadow quickly reverted, dropped the cloth into his hands and covered himself. "Would you mind getting the door. My hands are a little full here." he said.

Shadow walked through the door and heard what she said, "You where looking you dirty little angel." He darted up the stairs and into his bed room and quickly dressed. Once he dressed he left the room and walked down the stairs and into the dinning room. "You better not tell anyoen that you saw my butt." he said as he sat down in his chair.

"It hasn't been all that good. Marquis sent a scount here, Cassidy was possesed by something and tore some of my face off while I tried to calm her down but that has healed. She then attacked a little motal that was close by and had no idea we where not all human here, Athuam is watching her in a room right now. Cassidy told me of her past and what sick things her father use to do to her, that is why we where out in the forrest. She wanted somehwere privet to talk." shadow listed off everything that had happened to him today. He ordered a glass of blood from a passing servant, the servant was quick to bring it to him.

Shadow took a cigout of the pack and lit a cig. "We have a little spot out there. A nice little deep natural pool. We where swiming in there before we got attacked. Don't tell anyone about that spot, it is one of the few places left out here that no one knows about. It is good to have a lace where you can relax and be alone when you need to." he said hiding the rest of the story from Nadea. "Why, what do you think was going on out there hm?" he asked.

Shadow took a very long draw of his cig and held it for a moment before releasing the smoke. "It is strange that we have so manay residents here yet the place seems so empty. I haven't met half of the people staying here now." he said with a sigh wondering what problems they would bring here.

"I have met alot of people here but I only know a few people but mind you I need to use two hands to count them but it isn't sad that you know so few people here. For the longest time I was my job and I never interacted with anyone other than Vickilyn. You will meet more people in time." he said as he took another draw from his cig.

"You are a very good gaurdian. You helped aurora with the silver princess and you helped me out just there. As for fate, I don't beleive in it. I don't like the idea that I am not in control of my own life but it would give me soemthing else to blame other than myself." Shadow said as he leaned into the back of his chair and drank from his glass. The cig in his hand slowly burning away.
