Juli: Well, the reason I asked is because the pose of the characters is an exact copy of a pose from one of the "How to draw anime and game characters" books. I don't think it was traced, but I thought you might want to know.

o_o never heard of it, but maybe Rusty uses it I dunno >3 never asked. I doubt it was traced either he's done quite a few pictures :> and I don't thik two people sitting together like that can be copyrighted to a book anyway o_o plus it's a drawing book so it dosn't matter much anyway >3

Well, it's not traced, but it's the EXACT same pose (down to the fingers and the facial expressions) that appears on How To Draw Anime & Game Characters volume 3, page 106.

I thought you might want to know, just in case you paid a lot for it or thought it was a completely original drawing. It's easier to copy out of a book than to draw and original pose, and I wouldn't want to pay a lot for a picture that was copied out of a popular book a lot of people own. But, if it dosen't bother you, it's cool.
