Sajuuk was a little surprised that Rose had not heard from his mind. She was normally up to speed with his thoughts but today was actually nice to have to explain things rather than have it already taken. "Well, you know that there are other realms out there right? Well, humanity has colonised more than just this one. Our family had a little dealing with a realm known as Cathay. This was a very very long time ago, not even recorded really because nothign really came of it. We just helped them a little but they do have a very large army and powerful magic that could help us against Sokar. All we need to do is go there and if they don't help us then the Nippon might." Said Sajuuk while eating during pauses.

Sajuuk was glad to see Rose so happy with the prospects of going to these places. he enjoyed the idea of getting out of the manor to somewhere nice, somewhere different for a while, even if it was on business. "They do have a very large army, much bigger than our.. They record everything so records of our clans passing will be there. They like to keep very very detailed records of everything, just in case." Said Sajuuk. Lots of questions but he liked this, the trip would certainly make things interesting. "You get me the clan outfit and I will take us both to this place. maybe you will get to meet the Nippon to but Cathay and Nippon are not always on friendly terms, they have troubles with one another but I am sure things will work out for the best here."

Sajuuk laughed, he just knew she would ask about the library, she was worse than him when it came to books. "I am sure they would let you into their library. though you would first need to fine the translation texts between our language and theirs. After that you can read everything, their ancient history. If they let us get that far. We will just need to wait and see." Said Sajuuk. he then shook his head, "The Nippon are other humans. We tend to avoid faye folk at all costs. Saves us a lot of trouble. The two are very similar cultures but yet different, the Cathay and Nippon that is." Said Sajuuk and he had to roll his eyes at her last question. "What does it matter how you will be introduced? We do not tend to give relationship status on official business you know. Only names and clans, nothing more."

"No immortals, they are mortal with immortal allies. Hard to explain really, you will just have to wait and see it." Said Sajuuk as he finally got out of bed and started to dress. If all went well then he would have an ally. "Clan or not, you should never just introduce someone by their titles, it is inappropriate. You do not introduce your friends or servants by their titles and associations do you? Especially during official meetings like with an elder? You give your name and your clan. Each person introduces themselves."

Since no one came to the door Dante let himself in and began to look around to see if he could find someone to talk to, or eat because he was a bit peckish.

Sajuuk put his pack on and took in a deep breath. He was ready for this now. he patted Skadi on the head. "Let us get going then. With luck we will end up close to the imperial palace but if not then we may be in for a bit of travelling. From what i have heard the place is quite beautiful so a short walk might not be a bad thing." Said Sajuuk now heading for the door.

"The walk should not take too long if we are lucky. Just a few hours at most if everything goes well but Cathay is strange. No one has every come to in the same spot twice form what I have heard but that is just what I have been told." Said Sajuuk as he approached the spot necessary for the rift. He took a few moments to perform the ritual and the rift opened up. he then stepped through. Once on the other side he found himself deep in a bamboo forest at night, it was very quiet here, only the sound of the slight breeze rustling the leaves. they had arrived but now to find his way to the imperial palace.

Sajuuk shrugged, "There might very well be a lake here. Do you want to try and find one?" Said Sajuuk. If they listened carefully they may have found one but who knows, this bamboo forest was very thick but maybe a lake would lead to a river that could in turn lead them out of this place. Though the joke about a yellow brick road did go right over his head. Sajuuk shut his eyes and listened to the silence of the bamboo forest. He found this place oddly soothing to his soul and mind. A sense of freedom came over him as he felt the gentle breeze touch his face and wash away the sins of his past. he already knew it would be difficult for him to leave this place but he had to remain focused, first find a way out of the forest and then to the imperial palace.
