(( hooray! *unpauses* ))
"I'm about the same" she replied, trying to think where else she could take this conversation. She was really terrible at making conversation with people she didn't really know, as well as ones she felt somewhat uncomfortable around.

"That's good. Have you been practicing anything at all?"

"Not really. I'm not too keen on the idea of practicing unsupervised given my predisposition for passing out. And all my various teachers have just been having me learn new stuff rather than practice what I've already learned."
She sipped her cocoa while waiting for a reply. She hoped that Nyl didn't think she was trying to make her feel bad... Nyl was one of her various teachers after all.

"Well, some things aren't chakra-related at all - you'd be fine practicing those things on your own."

"Yeah I guess you're right. Though I'm not too sure if I should practice them on my own til I've practiced them under supervision a few times... that way if I'm not quite doing things right, I've got a few chances for people to correct me before I get set in doing things the wrong way, you know?"

"Don't worry so much about doing things perfectly. Just do them - precision comes later."

"Oh. Ok then. I was just worried about like, forming bad habits. Or doing things in a way that I'll hurt myself."

"I meant more in the way of doing things that could cause damage after doing it wrong for awhile..."
She trailed, off, knowing that she probably sounded like an idiot right about now.

Wolven Clow#2 But as that happened, Kisame smirked, and slowly melted into a large gush of water, eventually falling to the ground instead of staying airbourne. Clow's eyes narrowed, as he widened them right after.
"Sharingan!"
As he finished, he threw both of his elbows back right into Kisame's chest.
"Water Clones don't work on me Kisame."
Seeing him in shock, he grabbed his shoulders, and flipped the 'shark' right over his head, back towards Nami once again, this time...his sword was swung around, nipping Clow's shirt, and luckily nothing else. Nami dodged quickly, relying on her agility again to duck the blade as it swung over head. She backtracked, rushing at him again. He blocked her first hit but she landed a solid punch to his jaw which dazed him enough for her to begin the seals for '128 Palms', but something lashed onto her arm just as she finished the secondlast seal.
"What-" But suddenly she was flying through the air towards the water. She hit the surface hard but managed not to go under. Supporting herself on a surface of water was second nature. Panting she glared, now out in the middle of the lake.
Using chakra to force her legs to move faster, she peeled off towards Clow and Kisame. A few kunai flew by her head as she approached but she easily dodged them.

*yawning and scratching his side Zyphier blunders into the main room from his dorm walking along to the kitchen entirely oblivious to all around him. He moves with a steady gate, but a tired one like a half asleep zombie.*

Reeve reaches out and touches the water, causing it to ripple. Although his sweater was off, and wet from drying Syoku, he doesn't mind the cold.

Kisame, then rose a hand, smirking, as Nami came closer.
"Water Prison Jutsu."
With that, if lucky, a prison of water, in the shape of a sphere, would surround Nami, hopefully long enough to kill Clow, as he pleased. Clow watched from a distance, as his eyes widened.
"Son of a..."
And he took, took off running at Kisame.

Nami was stopped dead in her tracks by a wall off water, only to be bounced back into another. Glaring, she knew there was no way of breaking free unless Kisame lost concentration. She'd seen the technique used before.
She watched the slightly blurred figures of Clow and Kisame from her prison, focusing her chakra.
