Angiemademe gonk heaven help us we all have "puke up germ" as Sascha calls it. In other news we've finally gotten to the bottom of my recent health issues (while and actually the ones I've been having since I hit puberty). Turns out I have narcolepsy. It sound crazy I'm sure, but I'm actually happy. It's just nice to know what wrong after all these years. Especially because it's gotten really bad starting last june. So with luck they will be able to treat it and I'll finally be able to get back on my feet! Yippy! OH JESUS. THAT'S where we got it. Lissa and Bella had it yesterday. Today I've been spending the majority of my time intimately accquanted with the toilet and surrounding fixtures. William said just as he went to bed that his stomach hurt. Good thing it's only the "24 hour flu" scream

You know with that many kidlets running around I was SURE we were going to get sick with something. I would have prefered a runny nose.

Well, my mom called the other day. Looks like from the administrative end... the whole process of us getting that one home is looking up. However, my mom made it seem like we can move in early as march 1st. which on one hand is great. the other is . wow. that's only a month and a half away. i need to go visit the school naaman will switch to.. meet their school district special ed director.. cuz i like being in contact with the top person... so I can have some support when my son is in school and if the school wants to give me a hard time. and then there is lots of packing. and it seems we don't have as much time to save up the money for the move like we thought we did.
thanks for the prayers friends. How long in advance should we let our apartment managers know we're moving? Technically, our lease was up like.. the first year we were here. but we've been here for several years afterwards, and the management hasn't really felt an overwhelming need to renew it with us. I'm not sure about those kind of things. I"m still trying to look into filing a forebearance from my student loans for a while. I wish someone there would just talk to me instead of putting me through automated voice menus... or... making me go online and still get not to talk to a person.

Graceangel, I never thought of meeting with the special ed director, but what a great idea. Ben starts school here after he turns 3, and I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing. . .

Ok, silly question time from the new mama; what the heck is pedialite and what's it for? Is it like Gatorade for babies?
Congrats, Graceangel! I hope everything works out for you. smile
My first week back at work was down right good. smile No supervisors leaning over my shoulder constantly, no-one harping me about long calls, it was great. Made a good sale today too. Ppssst...never buy a Gateway!

EladrinStarmist Ok, silly question time from the new mama; what the heck is pedialite and what's it for? Is it like Gatorade for babies?
Kinda. Gatorade is not balanced and has all sorts of unecessary sugar and salts in it, though truth be told my kid likes Gatorade better and some pedialyte can really be yuck and if all they can keep down AT ALL is some Gatorade I'd let them. XD Mostly because electrolyte and essential sodium replacement is very important during bouts of gastroenterities (and you will live with them you will get them a lot they spread like wild fire as they are EASILY spread and are viruses so no anti-bacterial soaps or anything like that can help you if you live with the person chances are nearly 100 percent in my experience you will get it too).

My peds always told me to go with gatorade because 9 times out of ten, kids don't like it and you have to use it up. xp Gatorade over LONG termuse (not for sickies) can have problems with kidney stones, but damn if I don't love it!
Although I could have swore I found a recipe for a make it yourself stuff at home. I'll have to find it.
Grace, I know for us we always had to give a 30 day notice. I'm glad to hear things are going well.

XD I hated Gatorade growing up though. I'd pour it in the sink and pretend I drank what my parents gave me.

XD The new items are cute.
My parents gave me Gatorade every time I got sick. There were a few flavors I tolerated, but for the most part I couldn't stand it.
D loves Pedialyte. He acts like I'm giving him a treat when he has to drink it.
