Alright you guys, according to this profile thread, cloud has SIX MEMBERS. Go on, post in the NEW Profile thread, the one titled "Floating Coulds", not "Individual Clouds."

If you want to get a bit of training in, you can meet Nagisa at the dojo. you can PM Sosay about getting scrolls to learn from. you could probably learn either D or E-rank jutsu.(My RPC only knows Raiton sadly)
Or you can go to the raikage's office and get a d-rank mission. (listed in the mission board thread.)

Thanks Hikaro. I'd gladly accept if I could but Hibari can't learn Raiton, just Katon. So I think I'll PM the Raikage about the scrolls.

Is it okay to take a scroll from the Clouds Knowledge thread? I figured I'd grab the basic puppetry jutsus and learn them since no one else is a puppet user.

@Burakku Ketsueki: I don't think you'd be able to learn from scrolls as a genin. At least not unless you have the "Scroll-learner" benefit. I may be wrong though, I don't think I've read every rule and detail of this guild. I just answered based on the benefit of my own RPC that says: "[normally people cannot learn from scrolls until chuunin rank, and there is also usually a +1 learning post penalty when using a scroll to learn techniques]". If you meant the Academy level jutsu, it is stated in this announcement that you can learn them as long as you get the scroll from a higher up. And I guess you'll have to post your profile at the new profile thread. Your profile is not there yet.

I just checked the rules and it states that if there are no other people who share your shinobi type or element, you may make an NPC to train you, which is essentially the same as teaching yourself so I'll just do that. If I have to I'll send a PM to the Raikage to get her approval.

the autorank to genin only gives you access to the e-rank Academy jutsu.
Sorry Burakku, but you aren't allowed to teach yourself without a special benefit like Scorpio. NPCs are always run by crew members. If you want, I can take a look at puppets and make an NPC for you.

Welcome! I'm new to POTS and Kumo too. You can start anywhere I guess. I started leaving the academy as if Hibari had just graduated and became a genin. Just think of something that would make sense, it is up to you to decide how it'll be.
