Lin turned her head to blink at him, "How do I... know you? Do you... Did you help my father... with something?"
Gab curled in his corner, watching what was going on. This didn't feel like his 'Lin' it felt young, very young, but not as terrifying as Lin had been earlier that day.

"I-I don't... I don't know your father...." Barick told her. He started to feel concerned. "Gab, what's going on?"

"It's like earlier... only different... It's not Lin, but its not the scary lady either... She feels younger, more innocent..." Gab said softly.
Aislin took a shaky breath, "What... Happened? Why do I feel so... weak..."

"I-I don't know," Chiasa replied, looking flustered. "I've never done anything like this before...." Lin wasn't the one she was bonded to, therefore, using magic on her mind didn't come as easily to her.

Aislin struggled to sit up, "Why won't... you people... tell me... what's going on!"
Gab jumped onto the bed and lay out over her chest, making her stay down, even with his slight weight, "You should rest."

Leonard had been sitting againsty the wall during the entire commotion, and finally, his curiosity got the better of him. standing up, he walked towards the commotion, and slipped inside, looking them all over. he had been able to hear the entire exchange, and was curious, as to what was going on. everyone was gathered around the girl he had helped retrieve earlier. he began to think, wondering if he could help somehow, but mind control wasnt something he was able to do. still... he stepped forwards. "Perhaps i can once more be of help?"

Aislin panted exhausted, and looked from one man to another, "Where... Why won't anyone... talk to me?"
Gab tried to coo, "It's okay... Lin... Barick loves you, he'll take care of you."

"im not sure to be honest, but i can either copy any powers you guys might have that can help, and use them... or i can try giving my own energy to boost you if it fails." leonard said, unsure on the second one since he had never tried it.

Chiasa looked to Aislin. "We're not sure what happened, but you had a night mare, and woke up with some memory loss," she said, gently. "We're trying to figure out how to help you."

Barick looked at Leonard, and then at Chiasa. "What about your powers? If we have Leonard use them to heal Aislin or something." Barick suggested. He wasn't really the thinking type.

"If I can't use them what makes you think leonard can?" Chiasa asked. "Besides, they are entirely dependent on my bond with Core. If he copied them, he would need a bond as well." Then she looked to Aislin. "I don't know why. I can try to find out."

Gab looked up at them, "Wouldn't it be better to ask Core first?"
Aislin looked up at them, feeling a little afraid, despite Gab's warm comfort on top of her, and the reassuring voice in her mind. She looked up to Barick, "What are you... trying to do to me?"
